Indeed. The horrors of BDSM are too numerous and far too disturbing for any normal Christian. I have heard of a new practice that could perhaps put an end to this senseless beating, and instill some solid Christian values in the participants.

It's a term called 'kink-shaming,' though the word 'kink' is not Bible-approved so we'll call it 'k-shaming' for the sake of modesty. If we make these people so ashamed of their actions, perhaps they'll take to Bible study rather than these scanty dungeons.

The word kink is not in the Bible but those practices are covered under other terms like against nature or abomination or strange flesh or defile themselves et cetera et cetera.

The word possum or opossum is not mentioned in the Bible but we have plenty of possums in South Florida they play dead like King Saul in 1 Samuel 28:20 it says:

Then Saul fell straightway all along on the earth, and was sore afraid, because of the words of Samuel: and there was no strength in him; for he had eaten no bread all the day, nor all the night.

Maybe he had low blood sugar or maybe he felt bad about using a medium to talk to Samuel who was dead already and God had told everyone to not use mediums anyway you should read that whole chapter it is very good.

Clarification: he hates you for the masturbation, not the BDSM (seeing as you do not engage in it personally). Unlike homosexuality, there's no proscription in the Bible on the enjoyment of other's enjoyment of other's pain and suffering.

Does God hate BDSM? I would say probably but I dont know of anywhere that the bible tells us that we cannot rollplay with our married spouse in anyway that is agreed upon by us both. I personally feel it is disgusting but I only know what God has told us in the Bible. If there is one thing that I have learned it is that a sin is a sin. As far as I know, God has not laid out what constitutes BDSM and weather it is a sin or not. Examples of what constitutes a sin are: adultery, sex out of wedlock, and even judging others. I think that calling someone a maggot is awfully judgmental. This is an example of why so many people in serious need of Jesus have shied away from the church. Wouldn't a discussion on "Does God hate BDSM" be more nonjudgmental, educational, and welcoming of a sinner to see the light of salvation? I would love to have a genuine two sided discussion on this topic.
