Even if this was a simple wardrobe malfunction the reason for such a malfunction can be traced to the super skin tight skimpy swim wear these guys wear opposed to the regular swimwear one should wear in such events.

As for the other swimmer with his hands down his pants, I can hardly suggest he shouldn’t need to adjust himself as his swim suit was already so small and snug that he should’ve already been adjusted.

Had he been wearing the proper swim attire none of this hand action down the pants would have been necessary.
