But what's the point of it? It's not doing anything for you. Having a sam sex couple that's in love not getting married isn't making you rich or happy or anything. All it's doing is making another persons' life miserable.

I am on this thread because I really do dislike it when people are homophobix. Homo- / Bisexuals are people too. They breathe and think like us and love like us, and some even pray to the same God as you.

I'm here on this thread wondering why all of you are against same sex marriage. I've always wondered. The answer I got wasn't exactly very appealing.

Who cares what's appealing to you? We care about what God thinks. God says that queers are "an abomination" and that they deserve to be killed and that they are going to spend eternity in hell being tortured. If you don't like that, take it up with God.

My name - godcannotsavme, although now it's been changed to satancannotsaveme - was reflecting upon my personal opinion. I have nothing against the Christia religion, except when they force it upon others - and I have the same issue with every other large religion / cult / stereotype out there. I'm simply saying that I have seen some pretty horrible things in my life, and at this point even if God himself came down before me and gave me some holy advice, I really don't think my life would be any better.

I think I am very openminded - I have tried Christianity before. I have tried Buddhism. I have tried Hinduism. And every time, I decided before too long that it is more important to me to keep my own set of ideals and beliefs, because, although the path less traveled by is definitely more difficult, it comes with better results.

Anyway, think about some of the most important people in our history; Aristotle, Sacrotes - most were sentenced to death because of their alternate way of thinking.

Same thing with Jesus.

Every generation needs their own radical thinker, because change is inevitable, and it's healthy for us as a human race.
