Is there a passage of scripture you could recommend, Pastor, for women (myself included, shamefully, though not as often as before) who are prone to outbursts unbecoming of good Christian women.
We need men like you, good and wise to help us.

1. In Genesis 3:16 the Lord says to the woman: "Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you." The original structure at creation remained in effect after the fall into sin.

2. The headship principle is clearly set forth also in the New Testament. In I Corinthians 11:3 Paul says, "the head of the woman is man," and in Ephesians 5 the apostle tells wives to submit to their husbands "for the husband is the head of the wife." (Eph. 5:22- 23) The apostle Peter refers to this headship principle when he singles out Sarah as an example in obeying Abraham and calling him Lord. (cf. I Peter 3:1-7)

3. The headship of man in his role of leadership to which the woman is subordinate is therefore God's arrangement for good order. (Genesis 1:31)

I am not if the opinon that gays can be saved through spanking or any other method, but certainly spanking is the least a parent can do in trying to save the soul of their child.

They are right about the spankings, remember the old saying, "Spare The Rod, Spoil The Child", I wish I'd had been punished properly when I was young, but then, my downfall was drugs, not homosexuality. I'm grateful that I had the chance of being married and having three wonderful children, all are married and I'm a grandfather now.
