Son, it is obvious the homers have been trying to convert you and already, their mind-washing is ruining your mind. If God wanted men to be homers, how would we procreate. A homer is the end of the line. A crap does not turn into a baby, don't you realize that?
Your 'homer friends' seem like a great bunch, have parties, seem nice. One of these days, you are going to have a little too much to drink, one of them will kiss you. Yes, i honestly do believe the TRUTH i am writing. And no, I'm not emo and i don't get a "rise out of this". I actually get rather disappointed that the people who make these sites and support them are so ignorant and don't have any common sense. I am just trying to reveal the truth to you guys. I don't believe anyone is complaining. We are telling them that God says in the Bible that He will condemn them to an eternity of torture in the Lake of Fire.

If, as you suggest, God made them that way, then He did so knowing He was going to torture them for eternity.

Either he controls absolutely everything, or he does not (e.g. he controls almost everything). So he is either omnipotent, or he isn't.

You do not understand the word "omnipotent".

Omnipotent means "all-powerful", not "controlling everything".

I have the ability to read anything written in the English language. Do I choose to read Danielle Steele novels? No. Does that mean I can't? No. It means I choose not to, because they're a waste of time.

If that is what you believe, I fail to see why you have joined a Christian church's discussion forum. There is no middle ground between "the Bible is God's Word" and "the Bible is a lie".

God gave us free will because it means so more much to Him when we humble and abase and submitt ourselves to Him because WE WANT TO!

If He just made us a preprogrammed robots to bow before Him and praise His name, how would that please Him?

It is when we deny ourselves and go against our own best interests to obey Him that He is most pleased.

Jesus submitted willingly to the suffering of the cross, even though He really thought it over the night before and knew it was gonna hurt.

Abraham was gonna slice open his son's throat because God asked him to. Seriously, he was really gonna do it--he wasn't just sorta holding the knife aloft and sweating it out while thinking, "Sheesh, does God really want me to go through with this?"

If God had NOT known that Abraham was really truly gonna go through with it, He would not have stopped him by sending the ram.

In fact, not to speak for God here because that would be presumptuous, but God probably would have fried Abraham on the spot, if he hadn't been serious about following orders. Which is another reason to submit ourselves and bow down before God.

See, it really is all about free will and how much God loves us. Our obediance to Him would be meaningless if He hadn't given us the ability to love Him freely.

I only did that because the original permutations were all taken on the site that i originally started using it. The name is based around that of another story character, so i combined the two names, and it was easiest and available to write it this way. and yes, i am white, but africans and arabs and all other ethnicities are not "lower" races. They have as much potential as any white person. The only reason it doesn't seem that way is because of the oppression put on them by white people. Another problem with Christianity: MAJOR RACISM.

White people have never oppressed anybody. We are the victims here.
