    Hello everyone...

I am guy from Croatia, small country in Balkans. I was raised by ex communist parents who did not want to teach me about God. Their attempts did not stop me from hearing God's call. But that is where my problems have begun. Balkan is part of Europe where tree religions meet: Catholic church, Orthodox church and Islam.
I tried to find myself in both christian religions but i felt there was something missing. After searching Internets i found out this site and i would like to learn from all of you about real christian ways.
Hope you will have time and patience for me

    God bless you all

    Re: Confused christian

Welcome friend! My deepest condolences to you for not being born in the United States of America, just about the only place in the world where you can find REAL churches!

If you have any questions you would like to ask please feel free to ask, we're here to help! Landover is welcoming and respectful of people from all religious backgrounds. Just remember though that anyone who teaches differently from us is probably an agent of Satan -- no need to be hateful to them though, they might just be deceived and not realize how evil their beliefs are.

I pray that the Lord Jesus will be kind to you.

Welcome to you then, seeker. It is true that neither the Romans nor the Greeks (and their toadies, the Russians, other than President Brother Vladimir Putin and other Christian Russians) have found Jesus, though they do a lot of talking about Him. You are poorly situated through no fault of your own. However, I believe that your unfortunate nationality and upbringing have been given to you by God, as your own cross to bear.

Be of good cheer and seek out Jesus. You'll be eternally glad you did.

      God Bless!

Thank you for your warm welcome. I truly am sorry for not being blessed to live in US, since then my parents would not be able to be communists and therefore i would not be in this situation I am now

Oh, there are communists here too, but luckily they all live in California and nowhere near anywhere important to me.

Well, that is one of reasons i am here. I want to learn about American culture, too.
I have a dream of visiting your country one day and i don't want to make mistake and end up in some place like California, if it's like you say it is

Welcome friend, I have never heard of 'Tree Religions'. It sounds like hippie dippy foolishness. Would you rather get filled with the Love of Jesus instead of some made up nonsense? You know, Jesus is standing over there, looking forlorn, waiting for you to come unto Him and let Him Love you.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Welcome to the most Godly corner of the internets! It is refreshing to meet a friend in need here rather than trolls who are only trying to cause problems. I hope you find your time here to be most pleasurable.

Avoiding California is good advice. I'd also advise you to stay clear of Florida. There are many brave Christians there doing the Lord's Work, but overall it is a place of debauchery and sin. There something about the coastal states that attracts the evil. It must have something to do with the warm weather and the young women in bikinis running with their chests bouncing and the sin-filled amusement parks. Whatever it is, you're better off staying clear of California and Florida.

Your humble, repentant attitude is a welcome change from most of the visitors we have here! I'll pray the LORD hears your apology and takes pity on you (John 9:31).

                    Welcome to the forums!

Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

I am pleased to welcome you to our friendly, loving forums, where Jesus always comes first and we come afterward. It is somewhat concerning that you felt the need to explain to us where Croatia is located. All True Christians(TM) are well endowed with knowledge of the ungodly nations that spit in the face of our Savior, Jesus Christ. We are dismayed when our heathen "friends" insinuate that we might need a globe shoved in our faces at every turn. However, since you have a love of forestry, I am prepared to overlook this. Once.

Praise God that you seek our Heavenly Father's input for your life. No doubt in third-world countries it is difficult at best to find the Word of God (the KJV 1611) in the marketplace among the hogs and squirrels and hard candies that dominate the shopping emporiums where Jesus is only seen as a Mexican name instead of the Son of God. Take heart, friend, for much information about living for God will be discovered in the pages of this forum. Absorb it, love it, and begin to live it.

I believe that you are probably possessed by a demon since you've had a serious lack of proper spiritual enlightenment. One of our pastors will provide exorcism at a very reasonable fee should they discern your need of it.

Again, I am just tickled that you've found our friendly bunch!

Welcome! I am so sorry you are over there. Even hell-bound California (as Sister Victory pointed out), where I live, is better, because it's in the USA and my husband is a pastor there. A few things to remember is that God comes first, any ideas or lectures must be backed up with Scripture from the KJV Bible ("All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:" 2 Timothy 3:16), and you must be respectful of all True Christians here.

                        Yours in Christ,

Dobro jutro BurekBoy and a friendly welcome to God's favorite forum!

I visited your Godless country once - a day trip to a place called Rovinj. All I can recall about it is that everyone spoke German. I hope things are better where you are? I can tell you, we turned around and drove straight back again without even sampling the "interesting" turd-based local cuisine.

Tell me, now that your country has left the Balkans and become part of Europe, are the border guards still permitted to stop all Slovenian-registered cars and delay the occupants for hours on end? Because it would be such a pity if the rest of former Yugoslavia had to put the shame of losing the Ten-Day War behind them. There is nothing quite like bearing a grudge against the unrepentant, is there?

Lamentations 3:42 We have transgressed and have rebelled: thou hast not pardoned.
Vaccinated by the love of Jesus!!!

Dear Joanna, i am truly sorry that you had to be in Rovinj and i apologize for any mistreatment you had there. People at coast of Croatia are nothing more then a thief. Someone told me here that there is something in coastal cities that make people sinful, and i agree.
And border guards still tend to do that even we are in Europe now. they also live in coastal parts so they must be consumed by anger and corruption
