Yes, but that would be illegal, and the Bible also says True Christians(tm) have to obey the law:

In this one sentence alone, there are already 3 different elements that make it not apply to this situation. You can't just blindly take verses out of a hat. Besides, quite importantly, that Jesus Christ forbade stoning in such a case:

John 8:5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?

(see, that's you here going: eh, but she must be stoned!!)

John 8:6 This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.

John 8:7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

John 8:8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.

Now of course, you are technically right that as True Christians are without sin, they may (or perhaps SHOULD) commit to stoning harlots. But.... as Brother Much pointed out, we are to follow the law of the land and currently, stoning is not allowed. We are praying like crazy of course that now that Indiana and Arkansas have thrown down the gauntlet, we will re-Christianize the United States of America.

Don't be too hard on yourself, dear. Stoning harlots is perfectly appropriate when sanctioned by the Lord God Almighty Himself! As God=life has already shown, this isn't the case in this particular instance. But rest assured, should that filthy flea-ridden tramp ever get within a stone's throw of Freehold, the game changes!
