How old is your father? If he is a dotard, and still hasn't broken the willful shrew's spirit over the interminable years, he might as well dash her head with a stone and send her to hell...no point in letting a lost cause distract him from strengthening his bond with Christ during his final days.

      Re: Greetings

My father is going to be 85. I agree and my mother calls me up and asks what she did to receive my father's discipline! All she has to do is just submit to him! It isn't hard! She knew full well, going in, what was expected of her. The truly sad part is the fact that she was born on Hellyween.

He has come to the point in his life where he is going to give her what she deserves. A one way ticket to hell. In all truthfulness, he should have gave her that ticket on day one!

Thank you for your advice sir!

        Re: Greetings

        Brother Reigns,

As an unmarried True Christian(TM) servant of the Lord Jesus Christ, the One that chose to make Himself man and kill Himself through the actions of other men only to rise up from that temporary grave and then rise into Heaven where He now sits on His own right hand, which is also the Hand of His Father, I bid you greetings.

Yes, you sound like a true catch for the ignorant woman that is desperate for marriage. I shall pray for that woman diligently.

Have you met our Basilissa? Do bid her a happy birthday at your leisure. Oh, and I believe she is unmarried.

As for me, I am a successful business person, and when I am ready to become someone's bride, well, if that happens, it will be the Lord's doing.

And hopefully, the complete opposite of you.

Mr. Reigns, the other people here are too polite to say so, but I couldn't help but notice you seem a bit touched in the head. I hope you don't expect us to leave you alone with any children or womenfolk.

On the contrary. I would suggest he pursue Miss Naomi with full vigor.
For starters, she's almost of an unmarriageable age (27?) and if there's ever to be any hope, she must marry, and marry soon
Secondly, she desperately needs a man to keep her in her place, given that she has moments of uppityness.
Thirdly, I'm sure her parents want to see grandchildren before they die and probably, descend to hell.

Actually, he should be pursuing her father. After all, it's everything to do with him, and nothing to do with her, as to who marries her.

Thank you sir. However, with all due respect, I really believe that Miss Naomi's father would have an issue with this. I don't want God to be mad at her father for approving such a proposal without me becoming a True Christian (tm) first. Besides this would be in direct contradiction with II Corinthians 6:14. What does a True Christian (tm) have to do with Unsaved Trash like myself?

Welcome to the forum, M.G. Reigns!

The first thing you need to learn is that you can't earn a place in heaven. You can only earn a place in hell.

Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

A wage is something you earn, something you work for. The Bible tells us that death is earned through sin. Everyone who will burn in the lake of fire, which the Bible calls "the second death" (Rev 20:14), will have earned his place there.

Eternal life, however, is a gift, something you haven't earned, something you haven't worked for, paid for by the precious blood of Jesus. You still have to keep every single one of God's commandments, though.

Jas 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

But that's not really work because His commandments -- like never looking at a woman lustfully (Mat 5:28) -- are easy to keep.

1 Jn 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
sigpicMt 21:42, 44 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes . . . ? And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

I'm confused friend. All you require is a female that is fertile, one that has to bleed regularly. You appear to be at least 18 years old, have you spent time at the local Church, looking in the Sunday school rooms for a acceptable female with a full adolescent bosoms and wide hips? Have to put up a notice in the Church bulletin board that you are looking for a wife and you'd like to host a dinner for all the fathers to attend?
