    I am a Christian

But I dont think most Christians are practicing what the Bible teaches. So I quit going to churches. I want to start my own church on day to teach the truth.

They don't even read the Bible. They just mumble certain jargons!

Well whatever they practise, if they don't follow The Bible they're not Christians.
    Hebrews 10:24-27a KJV
Let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation..

Verily, we agree. We also think most people who claim to be Christians fail to practice what the Bible teaches. This is very promising!

It may be a good idea also to be prudent regarding Churches. It is wise to avoid false Christians, such as Catholics, Calvinists, Pentecostals, Jehovists, Mormons, Lutherans, etc. Still, I can assure you that also True Christians™ still exist. We are here to help you on your path to Jesus.

However, I must warn you against not reading the Bible. It is most useful as a handbook for Salvation.

      2 Timothy 3:16
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

Let us start at the basics: who are you, how did you find Jesus and surely, even if you haven't memorized the Bible yet, there must be a favorite verse foe you somewhere?

      Yours in Christ,

      Elmer
2 Kings 18:25 - Am I now come up without the LORD against this place to destroy it? The LORD said to me, Go up against this land, and destroy it.

This is called the INTRODUCTION section of the forum, not the MY UNSAVED OPINIONS section. Please make a thread of your own in this "Introductions" section of the forum, so that we can properly greet you. Tell us about yourself, your church, and how you came to find Jesus.

And if you're here to flame us, better take a look at THIS before making an even bigger ass out of yourself.

I will pray that the Holy Spirit enter you and chase the demons out of your rectum and let Jesus fill you with His Grace. If you use your God-given free will to reject Christ and His temporary death on the cross for my sins, then you are sending yourself to hellfire.
