I'm sorry, but not everyone has the time to read a book that's 2000 years old.And by "God" I meant any and all depictions of God, whether it be Shiva, Yahweh, Nyarlathotep or someone else, all gods are equal in my eyes because I can't disprove them, but I also cannot prove their existence, so I'm neutral on that matter. And even if I go to Hell, I would probably lose my mind and I won't feel much pain or anything, in all cases, it's better than serving a jealous, greedy and fierce God and leave behind my morals and ethics just so I can go to Heaven.

66 books in the Bible, read two a day, should take just over an hour on average (some books are really short), and you'll be done in little more than a month.

Wouldn't that small effort be worth being able to discuss the Bible from a standpoint of knowledge, and not your present ignorance? Plus, you'll know the Bible better than most "Christians" (because they haven't read it) and be able to call bullshit when they claim stuff like, "Jesus loves you!" or "Jesus will forgive you!" or "Jesus doesn't want you to drag your newly-purchased bride through the streets to the gates of the city for everyone to gather round and stone her to death, because you found out that she really wasn't a virgin (despite her father's claims)" and be able to point them to the Scripture that proves it.

It does not matter at all if you are fat or not. The only way you can learn about the conditional love of Jesus is to read the Bible(KJV1611).

Flawed human beings have a LOT of funny ideas about the character of Our Lord Jesus Christ: before I was Saved(r) I honestly though that the gaywise would be able to get into Heaven simply because they lived their life as decent people.

Jesus absolutely HATES homers and wants them dead but you would not know about this until you actually READ the Bible(KJV1611) because so called liberal Christians only want bums on seats rather than people, you know, FOLLOWING JESUS.

The message is that no human can tell you about Jesus because people lie: the Bible(KJV1611) does not lie because it is Jesus' word given form in letters on paper.

Welcome friend. Why not read the Bible, over and over and commit every glorious word to memory.
While you can ask someone to read it to you, it seems like the lazy way to go. Jesus sees your lack of effort and He would probably just as soon give you the boot to Hell.
What some people do is they live out the stories of the Bible. They ask Moses to part the waters and cross the river. They walk on water. Thy get nailed to a cross then buried in a cave for three days (one of my favorite re-enactments). You can try to make wine out of water but it does not compare to a good Cabernet. It ends up being a lot like some homemade vinegar.
Hit, use good oak and stout spikes.

Hiya Chubbs, yes, God is a Jealous and wrathful God. He is not greedy like those gookistani figments of the imagination you mentioned. But do you know why God is Jealous?

Oh, my. Another "educated" obese teen thinking that she can come in here and throw out false gods along with a little rhetoric and appear philosophical and intelligent. My friend, our pastors and faithful brethren know the Bible inside and out. They have dealt with all manner of those who would come to our friendly place on the Interwebs just for sport.


I can't really prove a LOT in this world, but I know one thing is certain. There is a heaven to gain and a hell to shun. I recommend you make the right choice based on the FACTS, and those will only be discovered in the BIBLE - the inerrant Word of GOD. Only there will you learn how we were created, how we can be washed in His Precious Blood, and how one day we will be sucked up in the air like a Divine Dyson was being held over our heads, to share in the marriage supper of the Lamb and live and reign with Christ for all eternity. It's factual, it's logical, and it's TRUE.
