Not a very good start, young lady.Originally posted by Blake Belladonut View PostGreetings, I hope we'll have a normal discussion. Please discuss and point me to a more fitting subforum if needed.P.S. I haven't read the Bible, but I know the Ten Commandments, Noah's Ark,
What church do you go to, what is your favourite Bible verse and when did you start your walk with Christ?
YIC1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
Revelation 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Please keep to the topic at hand. Rather than whining about entitlement and self serving vanity why not think about what Jesus did for all who would follow Him?Originally posted by Blake Belladonut View PostSomething went wrong, where's the edit button?

Reading is NOT a Catholic thing, it is a Christian thing (as long as it is the Bible(KJV1611) and not hard core pornographyOriginally posted by Blake Belladonut View PostEr, my first post explained everything in detail and I would have gladly just edited it, but okay.N/A, never read the Bible (Isn't reading it more of a Catholic thing?), since when I was born I guess.

Catholics are more into raping little boys and worshipping Mary instead of being decent Christians (Catholics are not Christians, BTW).
Now, Jesus has brought you here for a reason and it's not's not to post random stuff about how great you are: it's to praise Jesus.
Why are you really here?

Re: Salutations, I'm just here to learn.
Not once have I ever said anything about me being great, you must be mistaken. All I posted in my original post were my beliefs and interests which I decided would lead up to discussion. As the titles reads, I'm here to learn.
P.S. Just because I haven't read the Bible does not mean I don't know Jesus' teachings. This space reserved for Holy Scripture --- Admin

Uh, yes, yes it does. You may have heard a lot of things, but I can guarantee much of it is just plain wrong (according to the Bible).Originally posted by Blake Belladonut View Post...P.S. Just because I haven't read the Bible does not mean I don't know Jesus' teachings.
You're lucky to have Landover here to help disabuse you of any false notions of what Jesus actually said and did. For many others, the voyage took place pre-internet, when you actually had to go out and hunt down information on your own.

Re: Salutations, I'm just here to learn.
My apologies, all other forums I've visited have an edit button so I thought it was common practice. Moving on, I don't claim I know all of the rules of the Bible, but I have a strong view of which I follow and which I don't, seeing as how I'm not actually a Christian. I stopped believing in God's teachings around a year or so ago, but I can't deny his existence. I wouldn't be surprise if there really is a God, I'm just not playing by his rules. So uh, I'm here to learn more about the Bible and Christianity. I think it'll be an educational an entertaining experience. This space reserved for Holy Scripture --- Admin

Re: Salutations, I'm just here to learn.
Dear Heathen Scum;
This is called the INTRODUCTIONS section of the forum. It's not the ANNOUNCEMENT section.
Please show a modicum of class and post your real name, age, gender, and hometown. What church were you raised in? Surely your father took you to Sunday Bible School.
If you have questions, please use the "search" function on this godly forum. If you are here to learn then shut up, do as you're told, and learn. If you are here to debate or play "gotcha" with us, then your stay will be short.
YIC,
--Pastor Ezekiel

Re: Salutations, I'm just here to learn.
You can always simply take a look at my profile to see my age, I've enabled my age to be viewable by all. And no, my father has not sent me to Sunday school, I would have mentioned it ages ago if he did. I am female if that matters. Also, I think I was clear enough that I plan on discussing and talking about the Bible, I have no plans of watching dumb. This space reserved for Holy Scripture --- Admin

You don't know the half of it....I think it'll be an educational an entertaining experience.

Re: Salutations, I'm just here to learn.
Wait a minute. You know the LORD thy God exists, you know He created everything in the Universe (including Heaven and Hell), you know He alone decides what happens to your immortal soul after you take your last breath, you know your immortal soul will be in some way completely cognizant of its surroundings, and will feel physical, emotional, and mental stimuli (be it pleasant or torturous), and yet you simply decide to say "Screw it, I don't care"? Do you cross the road without bothering to look both ways, too?Originally posted by Blake Belladonut View PostMy apologies, all other forums I've visited have an edit button so I thought it was common practice. That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.
