How swell to have a translator! Thank you, Sister Joanna! I am nothing if not patient and long-suffering (Galatians 5:22). If Jesus can endure death for an entire weekend for my immeasurable sins, then I can endure some unintended heart-wrenching mean-girls attitude.
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

No, thank you, Sister Mary for your patience.

I meant to add, Wraune (how do you pronounce that, by the way?), have you had any dealings with the Plymouth Brethren? They are sound in some ways - sola scriptura, for example - but I know very little else about them, except that they were originally Irish. This is, frankly, a worry. If you have any information on them, we'd really appreciate your sharing it.

Wraune, I am sorry to have neglected you but I have been busy and (I confess) had completely forgotten that you hadn't answered my question about the Plymouth Brethren.

I hope all is well with you, dear?

My name is Emma and I currently live in Plymouth with my two children and husband. I don't attend church at the moment but I'm hoping to join a church in the near future.
I've been raised in a wonderful Christian household and therefore have always believed in good Christian values.

I hope to engage in the forums, have a lovely day!
