Hello, I've met mormons occasionally and one of their idolatrous temples got a nice lightning strike on Christmas day recently, I saw it it was great.

If you would like to respond to Mr Pendergast's thread you may do so here he has included a useful index.
I was referred to something called The Pearl Of Great Price the other day to read about The Book Of Abraham but knowing that Scripture was completed many centuries ago with the future history God wanted us to know about revealed on Patmos as recorded by John naturally I was reluctant to read on.
None of the mormon documents can be Scripture, it follows, even though that's how they're listed.
How on earth do you reconcile the facts with your delusion?

Hello, Alma, and welcome to the forum! I would be very interested to hear how you can still believe in the Book of Momon despite all the evidence suggesting it was a fabrication by Joseph Smith.

How very prejudiced you are! ...They were just refusing to engage with her, a thoroughly decent, God-fearing, True Christian woman.

That seems pretty consistent with my experience. We generally avoided those types and usually tried to convert thoroughly indecent, atheist, communists. --Remember, "they that be whole need not a physician." We were basically looking for trash rather than Christians.

It's all in the eyes of God, dear. You are, like every soul born on earth, trash (Isaiah 64:6) and destined for Hell (John 3:18) until and only unless you repent of your sinful ways and accept Christ in your heart (Romans 10:9). That means, repenting of your silly Mormon beliefs and accepting Christ for who He says He is, not for what you want Him to be.

I've given it some thought and now I think I'll aim for "recycled trash." That way, I can work on saving the whole world.

I suspect those boys avoiding eye contact were doing so on bicycles trying not to become road kill from a frenetic Italian traffic model.

Had you ever visited Gorizia (though I really don't recommend it - we went there once to help Dorothy move back to England and the food was disgusting) then you would know that the main street has broad sidewalks, incorporating cycle paths, separated from the traffic by grass verges.
