I was just wondering. This morning I googled Good King Wenceslas and this is what I read:

"Good King Wenceslas" is a popular Christmas carol about a king who goes out to give alms to a poor peasant on the Feast of Stephen (the second day of Christmas, December 26). During the journey, his page is about to give up the struggle against the cold weather, but is enabled to continue by the heat miraculously emanating from the king's footprints in the snow. Dildo is several hundred Kilometers up the road from me. For my American Christian friends,Kilometers are smaller then miles. Today we are praying for a speedup in Global warming and i think it's actually working. It's only -12 here today but much warmer for the Dildo folks.

I was born in Newfoundland and have actually never seen anyone play Football here. Hockey,Soccer and Baseball are the sports. Hunting is a tradition and we have 120-140,000 Moose on the island and a large caribou population. Our population is about 500,000 people.

No i do not work in the fishery and in my little community of roughly 300 only two families make their living from the sea. We have a large Oil industry here now and recently produced our one billion barrel of oil.

There is no CFL (Canukistan Football League) team in Newfoundland Canukistan? Probably just as well, Canukistan football has only three downs which makes it kind of homer. Best not to watch it. I hear they play it while wearing kilts.

So, let me see if I understand correctly.

Newfoundland has only 500,000 people, but substantial oil deposits and millions of tons of free-range meat strolling about the woods.
