I don't believe I am stomping in either.

Ezekial, I don't worship monkeys, I don't worship anything actually.
Please. Trying to disguise your poor language skills by blaming a supposed mistake in some phantom textbook and digging your heels in when you CHOSE the wrong word by calling it a typo are signs of insecurity and of deep feelings of inadequacy.

This is very common in atheists. You have nothing to fall back on, no Faith to comfort you. That is why you cannot admit to your mistakes and shortcomings.

Son, you need to come to Jesus. And soon.

Ah yes! I remember when that first circulated. You have to be careful of that H20

Portaway, I checked my text book and you are indeed correct. It was a mistake on my part. I'm sorry for being stubborn, and thank you for helping me realise my mistake and contribute to my education The book I'm referring to, incase you are wondering, is Lehninger's Principles of Biochemistry 4th edn.

I didn't choose to use the wrong word, it was just a simple mistake! However, I will accept I am wrong if we can move on from the topic
Don't go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first.

Thank you son, and Jesus thanks you too. It feels good to unburden yourself, doesn't it? You'll do much better around here if you are honest and forthright.

And for while, let's keep the "I'm an atheist!" talk to a minimum while you are on our Godly boards, at least until we get to know you better!

Edit: And my name is Captain Aaron Portway, there is no 'A' after the 'T'

It would appear that today I cannot spell In all honesty, I was very forward about my beliefs because I noticed on your FAQ that everyone here values complete honesty, and doesn't compromise that for the sake of being well received by anyone who might be reading. I didn't want to insult or disrespect the way things are usually done in this church so I thought my honesty would be appreciated, even if it wasn't what you wanted to hear

We respect honesty certainly. But barging in somewhere where you don't know anybody and saying "I don't agree with any of you!" is not the best way to make a good first impression.

After all you wouldn't run into a Chinese Restaurant and shout "Free Tibet!" would you? I think not. Let us get to know you before you start telling us about your Godless, hellbound, secular lifestyle.

Take some time, read a few threads, and then we can all have a nice chat about saving you from an eternity in the Lake of Fire being tormented by Satan.

I'm sorry you feel that way Heathen_Basher, I'm not trying to make excuses though I will admit though I am possibly wrong about it
Yes. And by extension, you must also admit that you are possibly wrong in your disbelief of Christ, right?

                kie,

All that we ask of you is that you maintain an objective mind while you visit this forum and that you leave your close-minded, atheistic prejudices at school.

But to be honest, I have serious misgivings on your intentions after reading your first series of posts.

Neither our beliefs nor this forum are jokes and they are not here for the amusement of atheists. Already you have demonstrated a very close-minded and condescending attitude towards the many members on this forum.

Either way, your question was most likely rhetorical and no one here would appreciate an answer anyway
We may not all be attending medical school, but if you were to condescend to our meager intellectual level by using small words to explain the basis of your belief in evolution, we may be able to understand you.
Matthew 5:17-18 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
