I'm new here, I just joined your forums, and I'm from England (So I apologise for any words that you think I may have misspelt - That's how we spell them over here (Or I have actually accidently spelt something rather embarrassingly simple incorrectly)).

Before anyone thinks differently, I am not a Christian, Muslim, Jew, Hindu, Sikh, or any other religion - Quite the opposite in fact, I'm an Antitheist. I used to be Atheist, but then my views changed.

So, anyway, hello, nice to meet you, and have a good day

P.S. If I argue against any of your beliefs, nothing personal, probably your religion (Sorry, if you take your religion/way of life/however you refer to it personally, by the way), and I think we'll have to agree to disagree, if we can't come to a conclusion.

Oh, well, you know - Lord sounds better than Mayor, President, Groundskeeper, etc.

Also, I guess you could say I was Lord of quite a few things - Plenty of my Ancestors were French Lords 'n' Ladies, even Queens and Queens, even an Empress - and I guess that's my inheritance, as titles are inherited, are they not?

And to be honest, if I do end up in Hell and meet Satan, I think he'll say "Hey, good job, you annoyed the Big Guy pretty well - have cold beer, take a seat, make yourself at home".

Sorry, that's just my interpretation of Satan.

So you are not Christian, and have no desire to become one? Why are you here? Are you here to mock God? Are you here to argue? Arguing with a True Christian is just another way to mock God.

I have not insulted you. We here at Landover believe in every single Word of the KVJ1611 because it IS the Word of God. We live our lives by the Word. I'm not sure where you have room to debate. We have God, you don't.

You are a Hell bound sinner. I will not be converted by you because my Soul has been Washed in the Blood of Jesus and I am Heaven bound! Why would I listen to you? I have everything to lose, you have everything to gain. Come to Jesus!

Nobar, as I said, perhaps through you I will be converted. You could try, I might even allow you to tell me a few amazing feats of Jesus and/or God.

And Brother Lazarus, I never said I would, I said perhaps - I'm not trying to press anything on you, but sometimes one word can change someone. I've heard that's what happens to some people - They don't beleive in God, then one priest says a single word and *poof* they beleive everything. Perhaps it works in reverse, too?

Why do you think that it's up to ME to allow you to see the Light of Jesus? All you have to do is open your heart and let him in, friend. Something bad must have happened to you to make you so cold and unreceptive to Him. Let that all go and turn your self over to our Lord! What do you have to lose besides everlasting peace?

You can start by reading the KJV1611 in its entirety carefully considering EVERY Word and what it literally means. You should stay away from Priests. The Catholic Church is the Whore of Babylon and thus Satanic.

You should know God loves you:

Acts 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

You should also fear God:

Genesis 19:24 Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven;
Genesis 19:25 And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.

You should follow the entire Bible:

Proverbs 30:5 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
Proverbs 30:6 Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

I have a religous history, my great-great-uncle was a messenger to the Pope, and I have a very religous side to my family - Don't think I don't know what Jesus "has done", and what will happen to those who don't believe in God. I know very well that if he does exist, I shall suffer the consequences, but at the moment I'm happy to live without him.

Now, as you asked, here is a list of things I could lose if I start going to church:

My morals
Happiness (If I think that God is watching me all the time, I would be freaked out just slightly, as I have secrets that I wish to keep secrets).

1. Time You are rewarded in heaven for your devotion to your Church.
   
2. Money (Time=Money) It is your duty to tithe to your Church.
   
3. My morals You don't get to pick your own morals.
   
4. Happiness (If I think that God is watching me all the time, I would be freaked out just slightly, as I have secrets that I wish to keep secrets). If you don't want God to see you doing it, STOP DOING IT!!!!
