We also claim to read and follow the whole Bible. What you are doing is picking and choosing passages from The Bible as if that is all it takes to comprehend God's Word. To fully comprehend, you must read the Bible in its entirety. For example, in Matthew 22:39 Jesus states, "And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself." While in John 15:6, Jesus says, "If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned." If our neighbor does not accept Jesus and therefore is destined to Hell, are we commanded to love him as ourselves? Well, the answer can be found in Romans 16:17, " Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them."

Nowhere in chapter 19 does it say "True Christian".
