Brother John, I welcome you with open arms! I, too, am a fellow ex-con. I spent 15 years in Ft. Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary for embezzlement and fraud. See I was a world-famous televangelist broadcasting to over 90 countries and running a multi-million dollar televangelist empire. The mansion on the California coast, the fleet of Rolls-Royces, Ferraris, and Porsches, the vacations all around the world...it all finally caught up to me.
Now, I am free and a new man! I know exactly what it is like to have sinned and to have begged Sweet Jesus for forgiveness.
I am thrilled to have you on board here, and I know you'll make a fine contribution to this here church!
