hey, sorry my first post wasn't in here, i didn't get the second email sayinf to post here first so you could welcome me until long after I got entagled in a discussion. James Hutchins notified me I wasn't following the rules and I apologize for the mishap. I still stand by everything I said in the Focus on the Family forum, I am just trying to make sure follow the rules.

I don't know what your views are on social networking, but I copied and pasted most of this from my facebook's about me section:

Hey, my name is Jacob. I am 19. I'm about 5'6", blonde-haired, blue-eyed, and dashingly handsome. I'm not quite left or right handed nor even ambidexterous. Basically, I write, draw, and eat with my left hand, and do other more physical things with my right.

Anyway, the most important thing about me is that I love Jesus...a lot. I try to center my life around him, but I am human and am desperately prone to failure. I believe in abstinence and think that a girl who is modest is hottest. I love dogs, pretty much a giant fanatic and am a die-hard Cubs fan. I probably can eat more than anyone you'll ever meet and for some reason I'm darn good at arm-wrestling. I play the drums and the triangle. I tend to be hyper in nerdier settings like museums, Latin class, or Computer Programing class. I guess it's becuase I'm a nerd and I feel at home. I'm also hyper in a church setting, but I always feel at home at my church. I used to be good at art, mostly drawing, and still am if I try hard enough, but I have never been able to work art into my school schedule since 6th grade and it's dropped to the side a bit.

I love science though. Especially Chemistry.I think it's because I love math and science and Chemistry is a perfect mix of the two (not to mention that playing with chemicals yields fun explosions). As far as science goes, one of my biggest passions is refuting Evolution and defending the six day Biblical creation. I love debating the topic with an intelligent opponent pretty much more than anything. I also love sports although I haven't played on any teams since high school started. So that's me: a Chrisitian, a dog lover, a Cubs fan, and of course a stud. I like telling stupid jokes and the only person I really care who laughs at them is me. So I thought my about me section needed a little more insight than nothing and if anyone cares, well I wrote this for you.

I am very proud to say I attend Hope Evangelical Free Church. The atmosphere there is really loving and you can tell that everyone there truly has a heart for God and reaching out to nonbelievers. I gave my life to Christ at a relatively young age, using a method similar to Pascal's wager. I thought: hmmmm...I want to go to heaven and be with Jesus, I won't get to if I don't accept his gift of salvation...there is everything to lose if I don't and everything to gain if I do accept him. We probably will disagree on baptism, but we really don't need to get into that discussion yet (unless you want to) because I HAVE been baptised, it just wasn't as an infant. Instead, it was something I chose to do to proclaim my faith to the world.

Also please find your "Shift" key ad use it. God hates sloppy, lazy posters.

I'll oblige, but I don't see where you get by speaking for God (unless you want to provide Biblical support).

Not looking. Anyway, I only typed that much because he genuinely asked about me. Normally I would be briefer, but what type of interpretation can you make from a couple of sentences?

Is it lazy...or time efficient? Doesn't God want to us to make the most of our time? My point is that it is God's place and God's place only to make judgements about what he hates or considers lazy. Lazy is in and of itself a relative term to man so only God is the true determiner of what is absolute. Anyone can say something else is lazy about anything.

I took this out of the Focus on the Family Forum so I wouldn't post off topic.

Jesus would want you to not be lazy and not make Christians look like idiots when posting online. Looks like you aren't obsessed enough with Him to care about not disappointing Him in all your endeavors.

Why are you speaking for Jesus? (I like demanding Biblical support) Granted I will often disappoint Jesus, but so does everyone else. I am not saying that my disappointments are excusable (of course they aren't!), but sin is what separates man from God. I, however, do not feel that I am disappointing my savior by standing up for his gospel. If attempting to make you guys look like idiots so nonbelievers don't get the wrong impression about God is what it takes to follow him, then I will do that. I do not desire to make anyone look like an idiot (myself included), I just desire to have a constructive Biblical discussion.

Believe what you want. I thought you would like to be able to put some type of visual behind the person with whom you are holding a conversation since I have yet to upload a photo. I have yet to inquire about any type of relationship with anyone on this forum, so it make me think you almost want it to be a singles' advertisement (by the way, abbreviation is a form of laziness so obviously you will go to hell). Can't you just take me for what I say and not start battles over something that has nothing to do with praising Jesus?

Well I understand that the dashingly handsome part might give that impression, but if I were looking for a relationship I certainly wouldn't be so vain. It was an akward attempt of mine at some form of humor. I did say later in my about me that I told stupid jokes. You must forgive me for that I guess.

Are you accusing ME of being lazy???? You have some nerve, boy. I am a tireless defender of my Lord Jesus Christ. I NEVER shirk any True Christian duty or responsibility. The fact that you would even question my integrity shows how little respect you really have. I think you have a lot to learn, Mr. Jack Ruby.

I followed this principle in justifying my accusation. Obviously I don't really think you are lazy, I was just trying to show that people shouldn't condemn me for not capitalizing word on the account of laziness. As I said earlier, lazy is a relative term and anyone can accuse anything of being laziness. Whether it is capitalization, abbreviation, or use of contractions when it comes to grammer.

I assure you that a singles' column was one of the farthest things from my mind when I wrote that. When someone calls for your description, it is not uncommon to descripe your phenotype.

You are a lazy slob who isn't willing to finish his homework nor write a proper sentence and you're going to hell because of it. If you can't care enough to make an effort to write in proper American English, how can you expect us to care about what you write?
