    Hi there

I'm a hard core christian. I like my Christianity the way I like my drinks hard and straight up. I been checking out this site and it seems y'all aint Christian enough so I've come here to set the record straight. For one thing you can't save people, you can't even help save people, God almighty picked who he saved before they were even born. So give up and just work hard, hard and straight up, the way I like my drinks.

    Cya around.

      Dear friend:

Once you've sobered up, please explain the emphasis that the Bible places on preaching the Gospel. You're not suggesting that Holy Scripture is less than internally consistent, are you?
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

First of all I don't like to be insulted and I want to warn you not to insult me. I'm not a durnk because I don'th ave hangovers.

As for inconsistencies in the bible - of course not. And it don't matter if you preach gospel, by being fishers of men God simply wanted you to talk about him all the time. Irresistible grace, man, if you had it, you'd understand. God's all powerful right? All knowing? SO he knows who's who going to be saved beforehand? He said he can make his vessels bad if he wants to.

Does not the potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for noble purposes and some for common use? What if God, choosing to show his wrath and make his power known, bore with great patience the objects of his wrath--prepared for destruction? What if he did this to make the riches of his glory known to the objects of his mercy, whom he prepared in advance for glory--even us, whom he also called, not only from the Jews but also from the Gentiles? (NIV) Ro 9:21-24

I ain't said you shoulndt preach, I said you can't save people. You go out to preach because thats what saved people do. Kind of like I'm doing here on this forum for yall even though it don't make a lick of difference if you're saved or not.

Hi, I'm a five-point Calvinist and I agree with you that we can't save people. But likewise we don't know if our preaching is the tool God will use to save people. The Bible says if you don't tell someone they are sinning you hate them in your heart (Leviticus 19:17). Why do you think that is?

Well I don't have anything against preaching, Calvinists have created missionaries. I just don't like it when people say or think that as an individual 'you' are saving people or even helping saving people by preaching. You're not.

Yes. You received an infraction for sassing back at Pastor Isaac Peters. On these forums we expect people to show the proper respect to our pastors and True Christians(tm). I've been watching your comments and you've been rather sarcastic and smarmy in most of them.

Please act like a gentleman on these forums. Thank you.

Ah, you follow the Primitive Baptist faith. I have some experience with this as I have half of my family in that faith and the other half in the *spit* "Southern church of Christ."

The Absolute Predestinarian doctrine is wrong. The Word tells us in Matthew 28 19-20.

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
I still struggle with this having had the Five points drilled into me as well. Our Churches didn't even have signs in front of them.
Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.
