    Doesn't the Gideons Bible only have the New Testament, Psalms and Proverbs?

    Man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.

    You would know that if you had a KJV1611.
    Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

        No no -- Gideon Bibles in hotels and hospitals are total and complete KJV1611 bibles.

        They do have some smaller ones (NT, Psalms) but those are special purpose and clearly marked with different colors as follows:
        Orange: for sidewalk distribution to middle/high school students
        Green: for college/university students
        Red: for in-school distribution to Middle/High school students
        Digital Camouflage/Desert Camouflage: for the military
        Dark blue: for law enforcement personnel, firefighters, and EMTs
        White: for medical professionals
        Light blue: for distribution by the Auxiliary only
        Brown: personal worker's testaments (for individual witnessing by Gideons)

        Also, Gideons draw their volunteer members from many Christian denominations, but Article 3 of the Gideon Constitution prohibits Catholics, Adventists, Jehovah's Witnesses, Christian Scientists, Orthodox Christian Churches, Unitarians, and Mormons from joining or attending Gideon functions.

        So these guys know what they are doing
