    Re: I'm Danny

You know Pastor, I really tried to find out what made DannyY tick. As I got closer to his core, he blew up. I think he is really a confused young man who needs to be under you and have you fill him with God. Perhaps you can handle him in such manner to enable him to have a little more stamina and self control before he lets go. You do seem to have that magic touch with the young men.

Why would someone like Danny who doesn't have time for the Bible come to this place to start arguments with people who do? I guess he would rather spend more time reading Harry Potter and engaging in pre-marital relations with his girlfriend.

Based on my experience, I think Danny may be a closet Catholic.
You may be right, Doctor G. He is ashamed of his church...

    Well that was easy.

Keep up with your accusations. I can see you don't have a clue as to what God really wants.

See, this is exactly what I mean. You are calling the Bible corrupt! The Bible clearly states that it is the literal and perfect Word of God. What kind of Christian spits on the Holy Bible like that?

Deuteronomy 4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

Matthew 4:4 Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

James 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

All of your "good works" don't amount to a hill of beans, son. If you're a Christian then I'm the king of Spain.

I already told you, I won't tell you the name of my Church. I didn't know I was supposed to quote scriptures. I didn't know that was the make or break on Christianity.

The Bible says that you should obey Pastor’s Orders!

Romans 13:1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
13:2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
I don't think you're a Christian at all. You have yet to quote any Scripture, and you refuse to identify your church. What kind of a Christian is ashamed of his own church?

What is wrong with being an extremist when it comes to the Bible? You would rather be mild and lukewarm when it comes to the Bible? Jesus has plans for you then...

Revelation 3:16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

I never said I skip over the parts of the bible I don't like, I said I no longer have time for it with all of my responsibilities.

He questioned my Christian spirit, so I told him what I have done for Christianity, I wasn't bragging at all. Please come back with an actual argument next time.
You don't have to say you skip over the parts you don't like. It's already implicitly evident on how you are angry with us for following all of the Bible. If you truly followed all the Bible, 100%, neither taking away nor adding, then you wouldn't be so uptight and whiny.

You're on a fast-track to Hell and you don't seem to care.

You aren't any kind of Christian as far as I can see, Dannyy. So far all I see is a whiner who skips the parts of the Holy Bible that he doesn't like.

What church do you attend? I'd like to have a word with your pastor.

Well aren't we proud of ourselves? Do you know what the Bible says about our good works? They are "as filthy rags" according to God. (Isaiah 64:6)

And those who flaunt their good works will not get credit from God.

    Matthew 6:1
Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.

    Matthew 23:3, 5
Do not ye after their works ... all their works they do for to be seen of men.
You might want to take a look at my sermon on the subject HERE. It sounds to me like you've been indoctrinated by some false Christian church. Don't tell me you're a Methodist or something...
