Hi! This is my first post here, so i'll try to keep it brief. My name is Ruth, and I've always seen myself as a disciple of the lord so imagine my surprise when I found an internet community dedicated to spreading the word of God . I hope my time here will be meaningful to both myself and yall, and wish you guys a blessed thanksgiving!

Ha! Lotta questions for a newcomer here . I attend the 1st church of Saint John, Episcopal. I am unfortunately not married, but have given birth to two perfect little angels, both boys.

Wait. Does that mean you're Catholic? As in you worship Mary?

You've had two children, and you're not married?

A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD. -Deuteronomy 23:2

GOD does not look highly upon bastards.

That was absolutely uncalled for Ruth. Bob comes from a very wonderful True Christian(tm) family and his parents have been married for 50 years (God bless them.).

I was infracted on this forum just for defending myself from an endless barrage of offensive and particularly demeaning comments. However, even though the moderators and admins here may be a little kooky, I still see the love and charity that Jesus Christ preached about going through other portions through the forums. If you guys want to attack me, go ahead, but all I want to do is spread my joy and hopefully make some others lives better in the process.

In all honesty, do you do this to all members? Is it sort of a hazing ritual to weed out all the people you don't consider to be good enough for your forum? If starting arguments with people is how you guys spend your time, I suggest you check out this book. Its an oldie, but a goodie.
