Lord knows my 13 children keep me busy, so I can't get to the computer machine as often as I'd like, but it's good to be a part of the godly Landover church. I'm not a proponent of the idea of discrete biological races, since a given race often has constructed boundaries built on a social rather than biological basis. However, one should note that the phenotype of "black racial" characteristics is hard wired to one's DNA and totally immutable. One cannot be an ex-black person.

As for the ex-Negro's it has more to do with a change in the heart rather than the color of their skin. An ex-Negro has put aside it's stoop sitting crack smoking ways for Jesus. But you liebrals hate when anyone becomes an ex anything, since it goes against your "tolerance for sin". Why not gain some tolerance for righteousness as well?

The phenotypes associated with black people (darker skin, skull structure, etc) do exist. The biological race element not existing is simply a statement which suggests that "color boundaries" of black, white, Asian, etc, are set by a socially constructed view of races rather than a recognition of biological facts.

Places like Ethiopia or Sudan, or the Tuareg people of the Sahara all have a decidedly large number of "Caucasoid" genetic markers, but are usually lumped in as "blacks" similarly, Central Asians often have genetic markers of Turkic and Indo-European origin, but are difficult to classify in any preconceived racial category.

While biologically definable genetic groups may exist to some extent, "races" are simply too broad and not scientifically documented well enough to call them biologically extant.
