Other than Jimi H. being a nigra, I quite liked his lefty guitar playing. A shame he was such a heathen, God finally smote him.

Agreed. I am not fond of the nickname, but unfortunately it stuck. I too find listening to his playing revelatory, however I can not find the same joy in watching him play. His ways scream sin on every strum he makes.

Amen brother. I often feel the same way about a favorite "picker" of mine, Robert Johnson. He is of the black kind and that it quite bothersome to me. Alas, at least when I listen to his sounds on the phonograph, at least I can't see his darkened face!

I had a friend named Jim when I lived in Port Anderson, Alaska. Quite a large fellow. He had a smile that could literally knock you over. And often times, the bad breath to match it! (He enjoyed these rather disgusting snacks that are called "Forktricks" in Alaska, which was are basically dried pieces of liver from mule deer. They gave off quite a pungent odor if I may say so myself!)

He was an incredibly skilled craftsman that could make something literally out of nothing. He once stitched a satchel out of nothing more than hair from his Alaskan Malamute bitch. Suffice to say, I was impressed!

Nevertheless, he was quite the man and I'm sure he would be honored to share such a name with a man like yourself, Mr. Osborne!

Hello Jim! Thank you for being so welcoming. I already feel welcome in this unfamiliar place.

Johnson has an amazing sound that is sadly not matched by his sight. It's too bad so much talent is wasted on such a being.

Why don't you two nigra lovers go get a room?

This is a Christian forum, and I don't see any Scripture or uplifting of Jesus from either one of you two limp-wristed homers.
                  Who Will Jesus Damn?

Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:

Forgive me Pastor Ezekiel, for I am new to these parts. We were but referencing such passages as Psalm 96:1, Psalm 98:1, Psalm 149:1, and Isaiah 42:10, all of which speak of song in connection to our Lord. I have always found music a great connector between the physical and the spiritual.
