Hi, my name is Chris and Im from Rome, GA, and I found your website and just had to join. I dont know where to begin. Im married and have 3 beautiful kids(My little girl is in my pic). I have read some of the introductions from others, and a repetitive question appears to be favorite Bible verse. Its hard for me to narrow it down to one, but if asked my favorite, I guess it would be John 20:29 Jesus said to him, Thomas, because you have seen me, you have believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. Its my favorite because many have trouble believing that which is unseen. But Christ told us we are blessed to believe in Him b/c we have not seen Him. I just find mountains of joy in this passage. I have some concerns with how you do some things on here, however. For example, calling everyone 'unsaved trash'. That is very degrading and not displaying love in any way, shape or form. I dont know where you came up with that idea, but you may wanna think of changing that...just my opinion. Anyhow, just wanted to introduce myself.

Thank you for the welcome...but I don't come here seeking salvation. I am a follower of Christ. In all honestly, I come with a word of rebuke about some of the ways of the men/woman calling themselves believers on this website. I don't agree at all with some of the posts Ive read on here recently. Ill get into it that later...but again, thank you for the welcome.

I have some concerns with how you do some things on here, however. For example, calling everyone 'unsaved trash'. That is very degrading and not displaying love in any way, shape or form.

Everyone is labeled "unsaved trash", if you wind up not being "unsaved trash", then a title like True Christian (tm) will be bestowed upon you.

It's like a waiting period to purchase a gun. You haven't done anything wrong, but you still have to wait to get a gun.

Here, it takes a few days before we will feel comfortable calling you a fellow christian.

There are so many unsaved blasphemers in the world today that we have to be careful. They will come in here trying to post like a True Christian™ - although I have to tell you that usually their efforts are quite transparent. Usually they come waltzing in and try very carefully to tell us we're wrong without upsetting us enough to be banned.

I have some concerns with how you do some things on here...

Or they will jump right in making suggestions on how this site that has been around FOREVER needs to be run or something equally dumb.

...you may wanna think of changing that...just my opinion.

Usually the biggest give away is when they quote something from a lesser Bible and not the KJV.

But those folks are usually easy to weed out early.

FW, why do you not proudly display your son? Is there something wrong with him? You know, a female child is only 1/2 of a male child and I'd think you want to show the boys off. I have eight kids, five boys, I have the boys pictures in my wallet. They are my pride and joy. We do everything together. I let the two oldest ones work in the fields, managing the workers. The boys swell with pride at dinner when they tell me how well they kept the messicans in line. At night in the summer, we sit on the proch and shoot at things together. Better bonding cannot be bought.

Wow, thats great that you have such a passion for your boys, but I dont think you should love your girls any less than them. I love all of my kids the same. I just found this pic and used it. You sound as if your daughters are burdens on you. My suggestion to you would be to love all of your kids as each of them are blessings from God and Im sure God has a special plan for each of them...not just the boys. God bless.

Huh? I never wasted time on my daughters, let the wife take care of them. It's the sons I have to raise. Also the skills the daughters need like cleaning and baking pies are not things I can learn them.

Hi Noah. Frankly, you can ban me if that is your desire. I mean, its your site right? Secondly, and more importantly, I don't need your approval to be called a true Christian. God almighty is the only one with that right. It is truly sad to me that you feel you have that authority to popishly declare men and woman to be saved on the sole basis that they agree with you and your beliefs. You need to understand that you and your church are not perfect yourselves. Romans 3:23 says 'for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. I dont know where you are in your life my friend, but it is possible that you have been misled. Be humble and have humility. God loves us all...so much so that He gave His son to die for US!

You went on to mock me by saying my opinion was dumb...in a round about way. And you continue to mock the Bible I got my verse out of. Again, these ways are not ways of a 'True Christian' (as you love to say) man. There are a couple things you need to realze. First off, I was only stating my opinion, which I am entitled to by the way. You dont have to agree, but you also dont have to mock me for it. Secondly, you do realize the KJV is not the first ever written Bible right? I mean, I agree it is the most accurate, but to say that all other forms of the Bible are lesser is somewhat of a stretch...but thats a completely different argument.

Look, my point is that I joined your website to give some LOVING words of rebuke. I am not a Bible scholar, nor do I pretend to be. I am, however, a 'True Christian', but you can label me whatever you want to. I will never purposely misrepresent my Lord and Savior! He is my God, and my King, and He is the only reason I am alive today. It almost sounds as if you enjoy arguing with people. Just know that you are doing more harm than good.
