What makes you think we don't follow those rules. They are in the Bible, are they not? Why would you even want to eat shrimp anyway. It's disgusting. But that's kind of like asking why you'd want to use a man's pooper... also disgusting.

Don't blame us for the mistakes of others. We follow the entire Bible.

It is true that we don't stone homersexuals. This is because the Bible states clearly that we should follow secular laws. This is a problem that we hope to solve by the 2012 elections, however.

You don't have to repeat this, we are adults. At least you don't pretend to be a Christian, that's good. Sometimes atheists come here proclaiming they are Saved and then a few posts later they say God doesn't exist. Now THAT is distracting.

If so, why not go through with its prescribed punishments, such as stoning? Is that not part of its demands? How about restrictions, such as those on most seafood, and shaving? That's just one of the many things that I want to talk about. Rest assured, I'm not here to attack you for your beliefs. As much as I disagree, you're entitled to believe what you will. I'm not about to try and deny that. I just hope to be able to have (intelligent) conversation.
I wondered the same thing. I've been trying to gain knowledge on fundamentalist's perspectives while I'm on here as well.
    Alas, it is frustrating though.
They are intolerant and bring out the argumentative side of me haha.
    Nice to meet you though!

If you'd like to know about our church, start by reading THIS thread designed for n00bies.

Also, please use the "search" function before posting your questions. Most have already been answered elsewhere.

This is NOT a debate forum.

I will pray that the Holy Spirit enter you and chase the demons out of your rectum and let Jesus fill you with His Grace. If you use your God-given free will to reject Christ and His temporary death on the cross for my sins, then you are sending yourself to hellfire.
