Hello. My name is Greg and I am 20 years old. I registered on these forums because I wish to see what the Christian community looks like on the internet these days. I have met MANY radical Christians and hope that the people here do not fall into that category.
Let me stress: I am not a religious man. I do not believe in God, nor any god in that matter. I do believe that this life cannot be the only thing for us, so I guess an afterlife is something that I believe in. Some would call me agnostic.
I did not come here to "troll" or anything of the sort, I was just curious if this community can put up with a "nonbeliever" such as myself, without antagonizing him and ultimately banning him. I have received so much hate from the christian cummunity in the past, it only furthers my doubt of a god. I only come here to possibly debate topics and show a different view point.
A little background about me is that I was raised protestant. I went to church regularly until about the age of 16, which is when I started asking questions. Questions that the pastor, nor anyone could answer, and suggested that I don't bother asking. Long story short, I opted out of church eventually to seek my own personal faith, which was ultimatley lost after I moved out on my own. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with most Christians, just the ones who berate others and suppress different beliefs, which in my opinion, is entirely against God's message in the first place. Let me know what you think.
