Hello fellow Brothers and Sisters in Christ! I have lurked here from sometime and I figured it was high time I joined this site, and how appropriate that I do it on the glourious day of our Lords resurrection! I feel that this site is not only God inspired but is truely filled with His Spirit in those that are members here. I hope to become a valued part of this wonderful online resource. Stay Strong Fellow Christian!

Re: Greetings!
Oh, and I guess I have a question too...How do I get the Unsaved Trash removed from my title, that is very offensive to me since I am a Christian. I understand if I must have a post count or something like that, but I would hate to have someone not value my take on something for fear that I am a heathen.
Okay, two questions...Why no "edit" button? or am I missing it?
In Christ,

Re: Greetings!
Hello,
It is a glorious Easter, the sun is shining (very rare on the wet coast) and there's a peacefulness in the air. Not even the boys are wrestling
. I'm just getting ready to put the ham in the oven and then we'll be sitting down to watch the Passion of the Christ.
So what is the meaning behind your name? I'm always curious.
As for your second posting...
You have to prove to the Pastors that you are who you say you are. We have so many trolls that come in here pretending to be true Christians, then start spouting off Satanic rituals and such. So yes, everyone starts as unsaved trash.Originally posted by BBPony View PostHow do I get the Unsaved Trash removed from my title, that is very offensive to me since I am a Christian. I'm not sure if the edit function is on post counts or on your status, I really can't remember. Either way, even us true Christians have limited edit ability. It's to make sure that somebody can't change their post and claim that they never said something that they did.Why no "edit" button? or am I missing it?Drama queen

Re: Greetings!
My my my, I guess I should give you a bit more info about myself and my story. I must admit I have not always been the most Godly person. I think most of us remember those days of teenage rebellion and sin. But as Scripture says, I put those childish things behind me and now have dedicated my life to God.
What I have to say, may be offensive and I would like to apologize in advance to those that maybe sensitive to such things, but I feel it has to be said. In my teenage years, I drank, smoked (no drugs, cigs only) and chased girls. Never had sex though, and that I am proud of. However, I also had a problem with uhh...pleasing myself...if you will and I have also turned that over to God to handle. It is the greatest feeling in the world to be free of that sin.
Whoever revels in sin and says it is great, has never felt the feeling of being free from all that, because to me, there is nothing in this world like it. and of course there isn't because that feeling is supernatural. Also, I have a bit of a attitude with those that say they cannot get over sin. If I can do it, anybody can, am I right? Of course, I didn't do it alone, that would not be giving credit where credit is due. I do not wish Hell on anyone, I wish that all could come to the saving grace of Christ, but to those that are bent on spitting in the face of God, I know that one day, regardless if they become saved later or not, they will have those actions to answer for and that gives me peace. Who am I to judge? I cannot do it better than He that made me, I will leave to God what is His.

Greetings. Yes, that would make sense with the edit button and the trash title. I guess there are those out there that desire nothing more than to attack Christians.Originally posted by BelieverInGod View PostHello,

Oh, my name has to do with my car, it means Blacked-outBluePony. It is a Mustang. Cars are a passion of mine. It can be very trying though because so much sin and corruption pervade the car scene anymore. You can barely pick up a car magazine without a scantly clad woman being thrown in your face.

Re: Greetings!
Welcome friend! I almost hesitate to ask you any questions, as you seem to have plenty to say on your own. Enthusiasm is fine, as long as it is enthusiasm for Jesus!
Your third post is over 300 words long and the words 'I', 'me', 'myself', and 'my' account for over thirty of those words. If you wish to show your love for Jesus, praise Him and not yourself. God loves a humble and faithful servant and pride is a sin!
The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts.

Re: Greetings!
Thank you all for the warm greetings, Portway, I apologize, my intent was just to let everyone here get to know me a bit better. It is a bit self centered I know, but I am the type of person, that likes to get to know people for who they really are, not just the username and signature they have.

Re: Greetings!
Our young friend is certainly is an impatient one. His heart appears to be in the right place, though.
Do not worry about past sins, friend. Many of us have treated our bodies like an amusement park, but stopped doing so. That's what we got an award for (the little hand with the red line through it).I take my orders from Jesus H. Christ, supernatural born US citizen

Be wary of false Kumbaya Christians who use a highlighter and scissors to read the Bible. God wants us to read the lines, not between the lines. False Christians will go to Hell:
Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Asking a Christian to prove God exists is like asking him to prove his phone rings because yours doesn't. Make that call yourself! Dial 0800-get-on-your-knees-and-pray.
