What's up? I'm a Catholic girl in the care to 2 loving parents and I have 2 brothers and no sisters. I'm also homeschooled, mostly with the Seton program. When I'm not doing school or hanging out with my family, I enjoy raising my 9 pet chickens. Their names are Carbon, Sailor Moon, Turtle, Sinistra, Julia, Celebi, Nephenee, Yami, and Yuugi. Also, I love to watch anime. My favorite series are Azumanga Daioh, Lucky Star, and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Finally, I like playing video games. I like the Fire Emblem series and the Mario games.

Hello. I recently purchased Left Behind: Eternal Forces for my sons to play when they have finished chores and Bible study. You should really watch out with the anime. They are products of a culture that lacks Faith in Christ, so you really can't trust anything they're selling. And don't be so quick to forget the lessons of the Second World War. The slants simply can't be trusted...

I'm sorry that you are being brought up in a Cathlick home. But you are young, and there is still plenty of time to renounce those ways and find your way to True Christianity(tm). I would normally be relieved to see a young person being home schooled rather than attending the institutions of the secular elite, but I'm worried that your parents may not be suited to the task. I teach in the public school system, but there is still much work to be done before it is a suitable environment for growing Soldiers of Christ.

'Slants' is not a mean name, it's simply descriptive. Much as skin color is used to describe whites or darkies, eye shape is used to describe Japs because they do not have a distinctive skin color.

Welcome Kumatora! You seem to be a nice person. I don't know anything about anime at all, as these people, of which my father is one (not on this forum, but he attends Landover as well), always kept it away from me when I was a child, claiming it was created by "satanic gibbering nips," or any other insulting name they came up with.

I hope to read more of your posts. I enjoyed them so far!
