I'm here to express my concern regarding the beginning of the first post of this thread.
'The difference is that we say exactly what we mean. Other conservative groups try to look "centrist" and "politically correct". A lot of republicans say "I was just joking" when someone gets all politically correct on them. (They weren't, they just know how to make PC commies shut up.) There is no self-censorship in Landover Baptist Church. The moderators in this forum believe in freedom of speech (for republicans), and when they do edit something they at least let people know that they did. This is different from other forums.'
Complete bull. Last time I tried to type in 'f!ctional', it automatically turned it into 'real'. This is just another way of using the 'word censorship' feature of the forums to limit OUR freedom of speech. This is an authoritarian move whether you like it or not.

Flame you? Why, I raised 4 daughters, and 1 son, all by the Holy Book! The girls never wore any garment made of Satan's Threads of polyester and such, and said garments never revealed much more than the tips of their toes! Their heads were always covered, and God Bless those Holy Muslims, I got the idea of veils too! (Now that they are grown, I have trouble recognizing them, but Praise the Lord! You can prove it. Love is a neurological reaction in your brain, that causes you to care for your loved ones, so that the human race can survive. You love your children even more because they have your genes, and so you want your genes to survive. "The Selfish Gene" by Richard Dawkins is a good read and it explain that behaviour. So the 'love of children' is provable.

Buy why do those certain frequencies, and not others, release dopamine? Because this is how God created my body to respond to things that inspire my soul.

All knowledge stems from proof. It is through proof that we can acknowledge something as fact, and so gave it the tag of 'knowledge'.

I generally try things out first, to see for myself that it is true. As to other things, e.g.: conversing with people on the internet, I assume that they also exist. Problem being: I could give you my address and you could come over and prove to yourself that I exist, so I am provable. I generally put faith into provable things, things that if I try them myself, they will be true. Problem with god is that you can't prove him, you can't 'come over' to his domain and see he really exists.

Faith without evidence is irrational, no? So, why would you be irrational, and allow you judgement to be influenced by the concept of god?

Life isn't fair. But still: Peer reviewed science journals are based on observation of the real world, currently. It is constantly provable. The bible on the other hand... science has disproven couple of its theories(e.g.: Genesis and the creation of the world), as well as the reason for many languages, how old is the universe and other things.

So really, you don't need someone else's journal to prove ToE to you. You have to but have enough education, be free-thinking and take a look yourself at the evidence(e.g.: genes, fossils etc.).
