    Hello there!

    Hello, I'm new here.

My name is Robert G. Jessop(Well it will be when I have enough money to change it), I was raised an atheist(I hate it as much as you do) but now I devote my life to the one and only real God!

I live in The Netherlands, it seems like almost everybody in this God-hating country is atheist. I promised myself I'll move to America as soon as I have enough money. I'm between jobs at the moment, I got fired at my last one(presenting a radio show) for telling the Truth about what is going on in my country. The people there called me "crazy" and said I'm spreading lies... I guess that's why I hate this country.

I also had a nice, Christian, girlfriend. But I saw her fall into sin(SHE DRANK A COLA!) and when I told her about it and how she should repent, she broke up with me... Well I'll have the last laugh, considering she'll be going to hell!

    Anyway, hi!

    Welcome to God's favorite forum.

I'm not sure why you want to change your name. And why is drinking cola a sin?

Tell us about your church. I'm sure we'd all love to hear your testimony on how you went from degenerate atheist to Christian.

It's one thing to change your name on your own, unless it is to Mara. But God can change it any time if he wants to.

Welcome friend! I hope you can handle the truth about God.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

The Mormons used to consider cola and all other caffeinated beverages a sin before their "church" decided to invest in Coca Cola. At that point, they had a "revelation" and cola became okay, but coffee and tea are still off limits.

Son, you are reading the real Bible (KJV 1611) and not being led astray by some anachronistic Mormon, right?
            II Thessalonians 1:7-9
And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power

The man who is being progressively sanctified will inescapably sanctify his home, school, politics, economics, science, and all things else by understanding and interpreting all things in terms of the Word of God and by bringing all things under the Dominion of Christ the King. -R.J. Brother Jebediah, I was going to ask about the cola thing, too. Thanks for pointing it out to the earnest young man.

Your tidbit about the investment in Coca Cola and the new "revelations" handed down by Mormon leaders is important news, as well. Is it now a sin for True Christians to drink that brand of cola for fear of lining the pockets of the LDS?

As for their "revelations" -- they would report a new one allowing for nipple piercings if they acquired holdings in a nipple piercing conglomerate.

Hi there, nice to have a fellow Dutch man on the forum! Remember to read the KJV 1611 and not those other "versions" of the bible.

Wait, so drinking cola isn't a sin? I was sure it was... I'm ordering a new bible to be shipped from the USA tomorrow just to be sure it's good.

Also, I want to change my name to signify that I am no longer the atheist that I was as a child. I am now grown up, and ready to accept the truth!

Anyway, thanks for all the kind replies!
