Hello!

My name is Benjamin, and I am so thankful I found this site. I have been a Baptist since I was born. I was Homeschooled until my parents decided I was prepared to take on all of the evils in this world. I don't have a local church, as everything in my province (I'm unfortunately living in Canada) seems to be infested with unbelievers and heretics.

I'm happy to hear any questions, and let me know if there is anything else I should tell you about!

I am from the Province of New Brunswick, near the City of Saint John.

My favourite bible verse is Mark 9:43, "If your hand causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life maimed, rather than having two hands, to go to hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched."

For I was lucky and grew up with a one handed father, and so I learned to be as careful as sinning as possible. Luckily with prayer and the rod I find myself keeping my hands so far! unlike so many other so called "christians" who should be running around with out hands or even eyes.

And I have gone to them and found them full of Sunday Christians! People who go there on sunday and forget the Lord for the rest of the week.

That's one of my favorite verses too, TLTA, but my KJV1611 Bible says:

And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched

You're not using a Fluffy Bunny Bible are you?

I did not have a copy of KJV1611 handy. Is there somewhere on the internet I should go to find the correct verses?

And you call yourself a Christian?

The Word of God can be had for free if you just visit your local Independant Baptist Church and ask the Pastor for one. Make sure you ask specifically for a KJV1611 Authorized Version Bible.

I would not presume to call myself Christlike! I can just wish that I am that way and hope God declares me to be righteous and grants mercy on me. I am so glad to be with the Lord's people who can finally show me the true path.
