    A simple introduction

    Hi,

My name is James and I came by this forum through chance. The reasons that brought me weren't all good but I've decided to read through topics on this forum and perhaps participate in discussions here.

If you'd like to know a little something about me I'm originally english and I believe in God despite my technical background (I'm into programming and I read a lot about science). However I'm not a church goer which may sound like a bad thing but I do try to do as much good around me as possible.

To be honest I have led quite a tortuous path that has led to much suffering. This led one day to me dreaming that I was on a stone table ready to be severed by someone I don't appreciate at all. Whether this was a delusion because of the evil I perceive in the world or not, it is a sure sign that I must change. Also there is a risk that someone that dedicates a life to combatting evil might find themselves consumed.

I am not seeking acceptance nor do I wish to integrate this community. I am simply interested in some of things you might have to say, what your faith brings you and how you face up to some of the nasty things the world of man can inflict on each and everyone of us.

For starters, stop reading Harry Potter books-that's was causing your demon-infested dreams. You say you like computers & science? Sounds pretty gay to me; Jesus doesn't tolerate any homers. Get involved in manly activities like violent sports & killing defensless animals. Make sure your wife doesn't give you any lip; read your KJB, accept Jesus, & have nothing to do with people who don't agree with your beliefs. Does that help?

Freind, you sound like another "feel good" false Christian that God has called here for Salvation™. I'll bet you even think that you won't go to hell because you're "a nice guy", right?

Better start off by reading THIS. And THIS.

I urge you to repent now. The path you are treading is not any different that that of a sodomite or a mudslime.
      Who Will Jesus Damn?

Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:

There is some sound advice in what you say. I must learn to clear my thoughts and to do away with this fear that I might be one day claimed by one that shall remain unnamed.

Even if I see myself as a problem solver this interest for computing devices does carry with it the image of social reclusivity. I have been contemplating getting involved in a sport of combat for some time now. This I will act upon. I must also learn to love again as it is because absence of this purest of emotions that I have not founded a family.

If it is too late I am prepared to accept this but I will at least try to not waste the gift of life as well as showing others that there are better ways.

Because of the wounds inflicted on me when I was younger I often felt feelings of hate, rage, emptiness as well as other things that consume the soul. This is the way of the devil, to mark beings such that their purity is tainted by suffering, to cripple those who could become good servants of the Lord and to turn fellow men against each other.

With this said, now is the time for me to show that I can be strong and to not give reason to those that are lost mindlessness. Thank you for your words. Although hard they are just.

....uhhh.....wow....Listen to me "friend", you won't find the answers you're looking for from these "Godly Christians" so stop taking their constructive criticism like such a whipped pussy. There is one path to Truth, and these people (I use the term somewhat loosely) would call it a dark one to Hell. Satan is the true God whatever these fools choose to believe.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of Death, I will fear no evil...

Sorry but you must have a romantic notion of what true evil is. It is anything but the seductive image that is sometimes shown. If let fully let loose true evil would is the end of manking. Nothing more, nothing less. If you cannot see the ravages of evil in the world today than I am sorry for you "friend".

So what your telling me is that Satan has more influence in the world today than God but you don't think he's running the show?

Bend my words if you must. Since Adam and Eve man has been free to choose and it is through him that the battle of good against evil is fought. It is faith that connects man to the Lord and lack of it that makes one vulnerable. As a man you are foolish to give yourself to one who would ultimately wish your demise.

And to the victor goes the spoils...I'm just looking to be on the winning side and from what I've seen so far of the world my side's taking the lead.

Then please go and leave this topic be. I will have no debate with one that will only to listen to himself. Bask in the illusion of any gains you might accomplish for selfishness is a strong trait among those who knowingly reject salvation.

Praise Jesus, I can see that Christ is speaking through you today. It is never too late to accept His cleansing blood and start a new life, walking in His Grace.

How many times have you read the Holy Bible, friend? I'm currently working on number 978.

Ahhh, you mistake my intent, good Sir. I'm not here to debate with anyone. I'm here to help them along the "correct" path. I have already been convinced of the Truth, I'm just trying to do you a favor (I really do give too much) and show you the light -- or rather the lack there of.
