now, in PSA 145:9 it says "The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works."
then in JER 13:14 it says "And I will dash them one against another, even the fathers and the sons together, saith the LORD: I will not pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but destroy them."
