Well, as True Christians(tm), we believe in moderation about a very moderate amount of things, and alcohol is one of them. It's perfectly fine to enjoy a single drink every now and then, but you need to acknowledge the chance that a single pleasant drink can easily turn into a sinful second, a depraved third and even a hedonistic and debauched fourth. Here is some scripture for you to keep in mind.

"Go thy way, eat thy bread with joy, and drink thy wine with a merry heart; for God now accepteth thy works." Ecclesiastes 9:7

"And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;" Ephesians 5:18

As far as your problems with harlotry, please feel free to post them in my advice thread Brother Harold so kindly linked you to. Please be as detailed as possible so we can help you better.

Thank you for your kind words. I am not sure as to where to find your note. I am being good. Only had 1 and a half drinks; and I will not leave my apartment tonight; so as not to fornicate. I get rather manic at times and tend to write too much...I am sorry. I no longer wish to be a 'harlot'...and am seeking Him. I am so poor, but I know that He will save me. Not familar with some of the terms on here; so please forgive me until I learn more... Furthermore, we can offer you help, but you need to be willing to help yourself. Instead of whining about not receiving responses, you could be doing Godly things like reading the KJV Bible. Why don't you start with this scripture?

Dear Sister, I will start reading KJ Bible. I do have some emotiol health issues as well...so I hope KJ can help. I am so sorry if I took up too much of your time. Aside from being called a 'whore' (which I am) I have also ben called an 'attention whore.' And I am sorry for that as well - yet I am being honest in my note. Instead of spending what little money you have on rice and bread you spend it on the Devil's Beverage, alcohol. Had you been reading your 1611 King James Bible as had been suggested to you, then you would not have had the time to run out in the cold and purchase Satan's Juicy-Juice. Don't you realize that the money you spent could have been used to buy a large bag of beans, an excellent source of protein? Bread, rice and beans help prevent alcoholism.

Or if you finally stuffed yourself to satiation, you could have purchased one of those pretty yellow highlighters and used it to highlight all your favorite 1611 King James Bible verses.

Avoiding the eternal torment of pitchblende, sulfur, brimstone and hellfire is difficult enough. Why are you using the express elevator to go down there?
