    Greetings from Texas

Hello all, so glad I found this place, it's like an oasis in the desert of a Hellish internet. I look forward to mingling with other God fearing people o' faith!
Kings 2:23-24 NKJV: Then he went up from there to Bethel; and as he was going up the road, some youths came from the city and mocked him, and said to him, “Go up, you baldhead! Go up, you baldhead!” So he turned around and looked at them, and pronounced a curse on them in the name of the LORD. And two female bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of the youths.

    Re: Greetings from Texas

Oh and I don't currently attend any Church. I've found they're mostly full of hypocrites and wolves in sheeps clothing. I prefer to sit alone in the attic and conduct intensely private, solo Bible studies.

My favorite Bible passage is Kings 2:23-24 NKJV:

Then he went up from there to Bethel; and as he was going up the road, some youths came from the city and mocked him, and said to him, “Go up, you baldhead! Go up, you baldhead!”
So he turned around and looked at them, and pronounced a curse on them in the name of the LORD. And two female bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of the youths.

I love the rawness of it, no doubt is left of what my Lord will do to you if you mess with him. Mess around with the LORD and he will put some BEARS ON YO ASS!!!

    I LOVE IT!! HALLELUJAH!!

Hello brother, what a beautiful choice of verse!

It teaches the importance of respecting your elders in such a subtle but meaningful way, wouldn't you agree?

Friend, where are you from? I will help find you a Church nearby.
      6
A woman came up to me the other day, 12/6/2016 and said:
"But Mr. Winner, if GOD loves everyone then why is there so much suffering in the world?"

Because GOD doesn't love everyone. Too many people have this absurd idea in their heads that GOD is all loving.
If he was all loving, then murderers, thieves and homosexuals would be waiting for you in Heaven.

GOD doesn't open his gate to just anyone. Being a True Christian™ is like a Queue Jump ticket at Disney, we are guaranteed a ride with JESUS.

        Re: Greetings from Texas

I most certainly agree, there's a rampant disrespect for our elders these days and I believe the Bible contains the remedy. The lessons may be harsh but the reward is worth it in the end.

I'm currently in the DFW area, in Wylie. I've sampled a few churches, and had found one I enjoyed and became a member but was asked by the congregation not to return after interrupting a service to debate the Pastor about his interpretation of the scripture. It became a little heated, and it became evident that they don't take the Bible as literally as I do and I was asked to find another church. I was insulted and embarrassed overwhelmingly in a public setting but the days going by ease the pain, I pray every night for God to help me through it.

But thank you for the words, and thank you for the offer to help me find a Church with like minded individuals.

              Jesus decides these things.

Make Godly posts, be consistent, show respect for your betters, and sincerely repent of your sins and perversions, and you too may be chosen.

I must ask.............has your husband and/or father given you permission to use the computer?

Well John Wayne's real name was Nancy or Sally or something like that, so I guess this kind of thing happens down in Texas.

You're not a queer, right? That's the main thing.
