    Just Introducing Myself . . . :)

    Greetings, y'all! I'm Bernice and I have been lurking for a while before I decided to join.

    I was raised a Baptist, then became one of Jehovah's Witnesses, then left the organization recently to rediscover Jesus again. I hope you do not reject me just because of that. I am progressive and open, and I simply cannot imagine that Jehovah would destroy so many good people like y'all simply because you aren't true Christians and don't share in the Watchtower Magazine peddling work.

    I can't always make it to Church for fellowship with true Christians due to issues with incontinence, so I am so happy I found an online group to associate with in order to strengthen my faith in God. After taking the time to read many of the posts on this board, I am convinced that we are actually very much alike in our beliefs. We all share a common ground in that we look to the Lord and His Word for salvation.

    To most "Christians" The Bible is like a license agreement. They just scroll to the bottom and click "I agree". All those "Christians" will burn in Hell!

      Welcome Bernice, to our loving and friendly forum. I appreciate you staying out of Church when you are out of catheters.

      Are you ready to drop to your knees, open wide and ake all of Gods love in deep within you? You know He wants to give it to you. Some gag on the powerful message He thrusts into His flock though in time, you will learn to accept it fully and you will look forward to it.

      Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
      Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
      Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
      Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
      Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

        It's great you left your false beliefs behind and turned your life over to Jesus Christ! Enlighten me, what is your favorite piece of scripture young lady?

        A woman came up to me the other day, 12/6/2016 and said:
        "But Mr. Winner, if GOD loves everyone then why is there so much suffering in the world?"

        Because GOD doesn't love everyone. Too many people have this absurd idea in their heads that GOD is all loving.
        If he was all loving, then murderers, thieves and homosexuals would be waiting for you in Heaven.

        GOD doesn't open his gate to just anyone. Being a True Christian™ is like a Queue Jump ticket at Disney, we are guaranteed a ride with JESUS.

          Thank you for the very warm Christian welcome I have many favorites, but that handsome James Hutchins reminded me of a Scripture that I have held onto to in times of loneliness and sorrow.

              Well I found your first post to be rather creepy. I mean you come out and say you were "lurking" just hiding in the shadows, watching us, plotting, scheming, and waiting. Sends shivers down my spine. Maybe that's just me though. All things aside I hope your stay here is pleasant just as long as you obey the rules and you are who you say you are.
