    Blue Meadow's Introduction

Hello and I pray for the best of everyone
Jedediah and other distinguish men here
I am new here and just stumbled upon this newest thread in this forum
So I just want to give a comment on the verses that brother Jedediah presented in the above and also on his interpretations (and others)
It seems that your interpretation is strictly word per word while bible is filled with beautiful knowledge that is poured in to also beautiful metaphors.
Many churches believe that the strict no-interaction policy for menstrual of post-natal women are meant to strictly forbid men to commit a sexual penetration in to the woman's sexual organ which at that time is unfit so to commit sexual intercourse, and that for men, no means no... as to prevent them to bend that rule.
With that saying it is actually not literally interpreted as 'you shall not touch your wife". It is actually to protect women.
For Christianity is a beautiful path and peace maker indeed and it should give nothing but peace and love.

    Peace be with you

First of all, lady, this is the men's forum. You have no business here.

I have a hard time seeing how someone who refuses to accept God's Word at face value is truly motivated by the Holy Spirit. Young miss, I have read the Holy Bible (KJV 1611) several times, and I talk with Jesus multiple times every day. My thoughts, words and deeds are guided by the Holy Spirit. Not once has my reading of the Bible, my detailed analysis of Leviticus 15, or the voice of the Spirit inside me led me to believe in these un-Biblical falsehoods you advocate. Your bucket holds no water, lady.

The only people who claim that the Holy Bible is metaphorical are false Christians who want to have their cake and eat it too. They cherry-pick verses of Scripture that do not conflict with their vain, preconceived worldview. True Christians™ follow the entire Bible, and our discernment in determining what is True and what is not is guided by the Holy Spirit. Not once has the Spirit told me to ignore a single verse of Scripture or to "interpret" it as "metaphorical."

    II Timothy 3:16
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

You're playing with fire when you get into this game of picking and choosing which verses of Scripture to follow and which ones to ignore.
If you start throwing verses of Scripture under the bus, where does it stop for you? Do you throw out the Ten Commandments? Do you throw out the prohibitions against bestiality? You're on a slippery slope, and it seems that God has brought you here just in time.

Are you going to follow the Word of God and be guided by the Holy Spirit, or are you going to be deceived by false christians who concoct these non-Biblical false doctrines either out of ignorance or contempt for the Judeo-Christian Principles upon which our Great Nation was founded? I suggest you contemplate on the following verse of Scripture. I do not think that it can be overemphasized.

    Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Our job is not to ask "why." Our job is to glorify God in all that we do and to seek His Face. He has told us all that we need to know in the Holy Bible, and He has given us the Holy Spirit to guide our actions on a day-to-day basis.
    II Thessalonians 1:7-9
And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power

The man who is being progressively sanctified will inescapably sanctify his home, school, politics, economics, science, and all things else by understanding and interpreting all things in terms of the Word of God and by bringing all things under the Dominion of Christ the King. -R.J. Rushdoony

As brother Jedediah said, the Bible is not meant to be some salad bar where you can pick and choose what you put on your plate. And even if you were to claim that these verses are somehow "metaphorical" or fall under your crazy theory, it's pretty straight up with what it says.

      Leviticus 15:19-24
And if a woman have an issue, and her issue in her flesh be blood, she shall be put apart seven days: and whosoever toucheth her shall be unclean until the even.
And every thing that she lieth upon in her separation shall be unclean: every thing also that she sitteth upon shall be unclean.
And whosoever toucheth her bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
And whosoever toucheth any thing that she sat upon shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
And if it be on her bed, or on any thing whereon she sitteth, when he toucheth it, he shall be unclean until the even.
And if any man lie with her at all, and her flowers be upon him, he shall be unclean seven days; and all the bed whereon he lieth shall be unclean.

If God wanted men to just not have sex with their wives during their monthly discharge, He would've made it said so. Instead He makes crystal clear laws that you shouldn't even touch her and that everything she comes into contact with is unclean. Just admit the fact that you hate this law. You truly feel that you shouldn't have to follow it. Admit that you're having cognitive dissonance between what God really says and what you want Him to say.

Re: Menstrual hut burned down. What to do with wife?

Jim, I think we have a witch on our hands here. She is clearly in rebellion against the Word of God.

        I Samuel 15:23
For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.
        II Thessalonians 1:7-9
And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,

Re: Menstrual hut burned down. What to do with wife?

Hello again and may The Lord be with you
First of all I'm very sorry to write in this forum in the first place, I didn't see the "Men Only!" warning ... An honest mistake ... After all that is the rules
As to applying The Lord's clear words in the Holy Bible I also love so dearly... If a woman is not to be touched as it will bring sin during that period.... I see no wrong to build her a comfortable hut.... suitable for her fragile condition... Her blood can also attract wild animals if she is not placed in a safe establishment.
After all, Lord Jesus Christ is the savior of Men, Jesus took the Cross to safe mankind.
If Jesus is the head of men and men is the head of women as you have said.... would it be too difficult to give extra effort from your side to build a nice hut... If you can't provide it as soon as possible... You can take her place of sleeping outside while she can sleep inside the house.... I believe she needs it more than you....

              Re: Blue Meadow's Introduction

I have moved your posts out of the clearly marked MEN's ONLY section of the forum and started an introduction thread for you, since your female mind seems incapable of accomplishing such feats.

Please tell us about yourself, your church, and how you came to find Jesus.

Why did your parents name you after a color? And a boy's color to boot?
              Who Will Jesus Damn?

Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:

Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)

I do not recall seeing your name on the list of people whose fathers or husbands signed permission to be on the internet. Please have you father or husband (I hope you are married, I hate to see Gods eggs drying up) contact Miss Cookie ASAP and have this rectified.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Hello Pastor Ezekiel and James Hutchins...
Nice to meet you all in writing
About me... oh well what can I say...
I was born in Mississippi but our family moves a lot due to my parent's job.... so we join any church that feels right for us and resonates with our clear conscience.
At the moment I moves around South East Asia as a social worker, painter, and freelance English Translator.
My real name is not Blue_Meadow, that's merely my Avatar name as I like meadows and the blue sky above it... I don't think blue is a prerogative for boys only, right? (any scripture that says so?)
I do understand that this is a men only thread since a while ago, but since i see that there are several girls contributing to this thread (seeing from the last posts on the forums it self, there are several girls), i conclude that i might as well continue the discussion.
I am not married yet, 20 years old is still young I think, so I can't give you my husband's permission, as for my Dad's permission... since we chat online every day (we are very close ), I think he doesn't mind that I am using the Internet

Are you some sort of slope? Trying to read your posts is giving me brain cancer. I'd stick with painting houses or whatever else it is you do, because your grasp of American is at best sub par. Jesus hates it when foreigners mangle His Favorite Language(c).

I know of no verses in scripture that mention women wearing blue. It is the color of the tabernacle and sanctuary. It is the color of the priests. It is the color of the captains of the horsemen who drove the women into whoredom. It is the color of the men who stone sinners. But unless I am mistaken you will not see any verses that say women are wearing blue. Perhaps there are shades of blue. I don't know all the names of the shades.

What kind of witchcraft are you performing? Whose avatar did you steal? That picture is the exact image of what the Love of My Life looked like when she was 17. That can't possibly be you. I cry foul.

Hello Capt. A. Portway, thanx for your prayer, I do hope to better my English, never stop learning as long as you live I guess , and I really hope you don't get cancer, that would be terrible. But then again, what verse said that English is Jesus favorite language and what do you mean by foreigners? If I'm not mistaken, Christianity is a religion not exclusive for Americans . Oh, and sure I'll learn harder, I pray you will too

Hey TheLordSavedMe, thanx for adding me as your friend , I hope we can be friends
