Hello and I pray for the best of everyone
Jedediah and other distinguish men here
I am new here and just stumbled upon this newest thread in this forum
So I just want to give a comment on the verses that brother Jedediah presented in the above and also on his interpretations (and others)
It seems that your interpretation is strictly word per word while bible is filled with beautiful knowledge that is poured in to also beautiful metaphors.
Many churches believe that the strict no-interaction policy for menstrual of post-natal women are meant to strictly forbid men to commit a sexual penetration in to the woman's sexual organ which at that time is unfit so to commit sexual intercourse, and that for men, no means no... as to prevent them to bend that rule.
With that saying it is actually not literally interpreted as 'you shall not touch your wife". It is actually to protect women.
For Christianity is a beautiful path and peace maker indeed and it should give nothing but peace and love.
Peace be with you
