I like the color, I like all colors. And no, I do not know if he is white. I thought I made that pretty clear in my first post; I don't know if God even exists. But if I find out that he does exist and indeed isn't black, I'll be sure to change the picture.

Yes. Absolutely correct. An atheist is someone who does not believe in God. Since you do not believe in God, this makes you an atheist. This also means you have loose morals and practice treachery and sodomy. How do you justify doing good deeds if you are an atheist?

Well I guess you are right. Then again, I believe in God about as much as I don't believe in him. I'm not saying he doesn't exist. If someone tells me there is a dog under my chair, I will look under my chair to see before I believe, or don't believe, that there is a dog under my chair.

As of now, I do what feels right to do. And that means enjoying life without hurting others. That makes me happy.

If God does exist, he can probably take on any form he chooses. If he want to be black, he probably can. Doesn't mean he has to be. I just like the idea of God giving a thumbs up. Color has nothing to do with the messege of the picture.

If I were you I'd stop that sort of thing immediately, it is well-known that all Greeks are homers and that all the ancient ones are in Hell.

My grandfather was a Christian. The boat crossing over was probably just a metaphor.

I live in Sweden, and I guess some of our old beliefs still haunt "newer" ones however, so to speak.

I have to say this as early as possible; I do not believe in God. Nor am I an atheist. As it is right now, I really don't believe anything other than the things I can take for granted. For example, I know spaghetti is tasty because I enjoy eating it.

However, I don't know if there is a higher power. But I sure want to believe that.

Whenever I'm in a church, I never think of it as any other building. Even though I rarely go to church, they always make me look up and wonder. No other form of structure does that to me.

When my grandpa died, the priest at funeral said something of the likes "But do net fret, for as he departures on the boat to next life, his near and dear already dead will wait for him there." I really want to believe that.

At the same time, the theory of evolution for example, makes a lot of sense to me after studying it. So do some other explanations. But it is right now the one theory I would "support", I guess. But as said, I don't really know.

I have come here to make new friends and hopefully get answers to some of my questions.

My favorite Bible verse is:

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
