Voltaire's music mixes elements of darkwave, European folk music, and New Wave. He wrote two books, "What is Goth?" and "Paint it Black: a Guide to Gothic Homemaking". He has also written the "Deady" graphic novel series, about an evil spirit taking over the body of a teddy bear.

2) You don't think Jesus is your hero! Instead you choose a liberal french man with a girls name. The same gay guy thought freedom of religion is a good thing
3) You're a wich.
My opinnion:
You go to hell. You go to hell and die!

Dear Sister,Originally posted by jennabenna View PostI was born into Nebraska, into the "loving" care of a father who chose to beat first, ask later, and a mother too weak to do anything about it. They did all the right things, according to your parenting guide, so what do you intend to blame for my gayness?
My mother was what they'd now call a rage-a-holic. Then it was a "piece of work". Non-stop emotional explosions, put downs, guilt trips, blasting against us kids and my dad.
I tell people my first memory was helping my little sister out of a playpen. That's not true. My first memory is one of the many times my mom tied me to chair because she "couldn't deal with" her idiot son. And that time I remember, I was screaming and yelling and fell forward and hit my head against the wall. Smack. Blood running from my forehead. She wouldn't come get me for what seemed like forever. Turned out her soaps were on. I was 3.
I grew up feeling like women hated me, and hating women, and wanting women, and wanting women to want and hate me. And since the submissive male thing is not big in US culture, I would up pining after men who could at least treat me with some force and violence and aloofness.
And I never got what I really wanted. I always felt like an alien dropped into a game of genders where I had no acceptable role. I'm the unopened gift, the Bordeaux turned to vinegar in the unopened bottle. I'm the unused wedding dress they find when they clean out the spinster's apartment.
But now I have God. And, He tells me, that is all I'll ever need.
You can have what I have. Hooray.

Re: Hi
That's kind of funny. I can barely remember the first 8 years of my life for blacking out so much. Those were the years I was either too young for school, or homeschooled. I finally got real schooling in 3rd grade, and that's where I stopped being home 24/7. I remember a bit more after that.
