I did not say that. I said:

a sandwich has very little to do with spider-man

As in when you think of spider-man you do not associate him with a sandwich. I would be surprised if I opened up a spider-man comic, and I found that half of it was about all sandwiches.

Another example is that when I think of a tree, the first thing that I think of is not someone having a picnic by it, but instead perhaps leaves, nature, fresh air, wood, etc.

Or if you want to be technical about it, the alternate answer to that could be:
No, I don't believe spider-man eats because he isn't a real person or being, but instead he is a comic book character.


As for your latter comment;

I resent the implication that I am not friendly. I am perhaps one of the easiest going guys there is.

I did not say that you were not friendly. I said:

I will try to become involved and active in this community with those who are friendly to me.

Nowhere in that sentence did I mention you or anyone else for that matter. Nor was it implied in any way.

My favorite Bible story is probably Out of Egypt, (Exodus 7–14).

As far as finding Jesus goes, I have been taken to church since I was a child, and God pretty much just 'clicked' into my life. For that I am quite grateful.
