    Greetings, faithful!

    Hello blessed!

My name is Aaron, but in purpose, in intent, I am but a proxy of God, and as such I felt the urge to find a base, a platform from which to spread His word. This forum seemed like the perfect place, because the constituency of this forum has uttered many a time such wonderful words in His defense, and it is obvious that you have been bestowed, as I have, with the sacred duty of spreading His word.

It is with you wonderful people that I intend to stay, to assist you in spreading His word, to inform the Godless of their mistakes and of their future home in Hell, and to learn even more about the Bible and Jesus, our Lord and Saviour.

    Thank you for this opportunity,
    -The Crusader

    Hello Aaron!

Whew, that was a pretty good introduction! I like your enthusiasm.

Thank you, fellow believer! I am lucky enough to attend the Thousand Oaks Baptist Church.

I am but a young man, at 18, and it is proving extremely difficult to find a woman so empassioned for the Lord as I would like, considering the Godless mindlessness that's taking over America. I pray every day for a return to the the days when the faithful such as you and me were abundant.

It is not their word that I take from them, it is their desire to spread the word of their lord, and I share that desire to spread the word of our Creator, the real LORD. I am a Christian Crusader!

I like most of your introduction. You seem okay, but something feels odd to me. I think it is the proxy of God. I do not know that one could claim themselves to be a proxy of God. That means you are here to represent Him and have essentially a power of attorney for Him.

Now we all have a power of attorney through scripture, that is evident. But I do not know yet how I feel about claiming to be a proxy.

I would appreciate input from the senior pastors on this one.

Oh dear, it would appear I've misrepresented what I meant to say. I could think of no other word than proxy, but after a bit of thinking (and, yes, a thesaurus), advocate is a much better term for what meaning I was attempting to convey.

Nice answer! The ability to humble oneself is perhaps the hardest thing for most people to do, yet it is so incredibly important.

(James 4:10) "Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up."

I do not hunt, no. I would absolutely love to, but I have no idea where to get started, and California, being the poisoned liberal well that it is, would probably be a terrible catalyst to such a hobby. I absolutely love fishing though and would like to fish far more often.

There are plenty of zoos in California. Should be no problem to snag a lemur or a flamingo with a small pistol-type cross bow.

Fishing is best done with long lines. Keep the edible stuff and throw the rest away.
