Hello. I will shamelessly admit that I am not a member of your church, though I have the utmost respect for the dedication you all hold for your beliefs, your church, and your community. I will answer any and all questions you have for me honestly, as I know that you will do the same, provided they asked respectable (you can hold me to that). I have a question for you, and I honestly do not mean to offend in my asking. I am genuinely curious.
I do not profess to know the bible as well as most of you, though I do believe it says that we are all God's children, yes? And because we are are all His children, that he loves us all? But why then does he turn away those who are gay, for instance? I mean, is there a reason, other than the sole fact that it's in the bible, that it's wrong to be gay? I'm just using this as an example--feel free to choose another if you see fit. And I really don't mean this as a criticism, so I apologize if it comes off that way.
