  • Hello!

    Hello there people!

First of all, I'd like to make clear that I am not christian. I am also not muslim, buddhist or whatever other beliefs there are out there in the world. But what I am is curious, I want to learn more about your ways and about your opinions, views and about your church. For I find belief a very interesting subject which I think get to little attention in todays debates, etc.

So, now you know I exist. Hello!

      Re: Hello!

Welcome young lady, how many sons have you placed in the lap of Jesus?

Have you ever picked the the KJV Bible and read it? You know, the book that you use to steady the bed you use for work?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Don't get me wrong. I respect Jesus, and his followers, as much as I respect everyone else. I registered here out of pure curiosity to widen my perspectives

And also, I'm not a woman. I have not read the KJV-bible, but I've read the version available here in Sweden.

What part of Scandinavia are you from?
          Sweden, right?

I think you should tell us a little about yourself and at least try to let yourself be saved instead of barging in here all hateful to interrupt us with what you aren't as if that was important.

Jesus brought you here. Open your ears Olaf.

Yep, Sweden. And I'm not hateful.

But now I will tell you a little about myself!

1990 I was born in a small town called Avesta, which is known worldwide for the worlds biggest Dalecarlian Horse. Here I studied Media @ the Karlfeldtgymnasium named after the famous Nobel prize-winner Erik Axel Karlfeldt. At my free time I write music and hang out with my friends and I also spend alot of my time working with Photoshop.

I don't really want to write a novel about my life, but that's it in short. If you got questions about me I'd be happy to answer

              That's a breakfast cereal, not a place.

Never heard of it. Any of it.

              You 'studied' in a gym..?!?
              I'll bet you did.
Homework get done in the locker-room?
I don't like the perverted slant you're putting on this here Olaf.
You're not some dreadlocked queer are you?

I forget that there are some differences in our langages. Gymnasium is our word for college

And no Sir, I'm not a dreadlocked Queer. Don't be so quick to judge a person you started talking to an instant ago. I'm not judging you, right?

You've no right to judge me anyway.

Plus I only asked a simple question. Why so defensive? Got something to hide boy?

Oh, sorry for thinking you were a woman, the way you wrote and how you presented your thoughts seemed scatter brained so naturally, I thought you were a female. Tell me, what happened to you that made you this way? Is it because you hate Jesus?

How can you have an opinion on something if you do not have all the facts? You have to know the Bible and all about God before you can make a choice. Could you imagine not eating a steak and deciding, without knowing anything about steak, that you do not like it? Pure, simple minded insanity.

Well, I don't judge anyone until I get to know them better. And no, I'm not hiding anything. I registered here so I could take part in some of your general discussions, for I find some of the subjects very interesting. Is it wrong of me for being curious? Is it wrong of me for wanting to know more about your views, perspectives and beliefs?

I thought that people would be gentle and welcome me to this community, obviously filled with wise and experienced people that might tell me a good story or two. But no-no.

Nobody, God included, likes a liar. From my own experience (having been asked to speak at one) a gymnasium is not a college it is merely a high school.
Daniel 5:16-18 "Let thy gifts be to thyself, and give thy rewards to another; yet I will read the writing unto the king, and make known to him the interpretation."

Oh, my bad then But don't call me a liar for that, mistakes like this are easily made when switching to another language. Try speaking swedish and you might notice some difficulties

Now can someone tell me where all these accusations came from? Me being a liar, dreadlocked queer etc. I thought you guys respected other people even though they might be different?

It may be related to your absolutely first sentence on this forum. The one about you not being a Christian. As you can probably guess there are a lot of people on this forum who are Christians and naturally we are a bit skeptical when non-Christians come here with the intention of stirring up trouble and questioning our beliefs. We're just trying to learn a bit more about you, seeing as how this is the introduction forum.
