    Hey folks, I'm new

    Heya, I'm Robert Adams, as you may have noticed, I am white. Ye folks seem like a good group of believers.

    Well here I am to introduce myself.

    I'm from a small, little town in Maine. I used to belong to a church, Faith's Practice Mission, but they expelled me because I was sent to jail and such.

    The jail part ain't bad, it was just that I had some signs in my front yard, which happens to be near a bank, sayin' "pay your respects to God", but the folks in the town thought I'd been illegally advertising God. So the damned officers locked me up for 3 years, and after that I moved down south to New York. I heard that Canada was somewhere nearby but I didn't know where the earth ended so I just decided not to bother with it.

    Now here I am, in New York.

    Anyway, my favorite bible verse is Colossians 3:8.

    "But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth."

    Pretty nifty, eh?

    So I just wanted to give a heads up for yer folk, 'cause I might start joinin' in on the discussing.

      What were the exact charges preferred against you for the signs?

          It's been a long 17 years or so since I was jailed, but I think it were for mostly having it be near a bank or something. Not too sure now that I think about it.

                      Well I had to share a cell with a couple of ol' baddies. Both of 'em used to kiss an' such, they wanted me to but I said I didn't know how to. Some days they got a little crazy, but I ain't gonna think about what happened then.

                      The hours of openly gayness I've seen must've caught on. I hadn't really noticed before you said.

                          You spent three years in the pokey and you don't know the exact charges that you were convicted of?



                          Tell you what: give me the case number and the county and I'll look it up for you (the case number will be on your release paperwork).

                              Did you 'minister' to your cellies, and did you accept tithes in the form of ciggies or canteen money for said ministering? It's OK, you can confess all here.

                                  About the numbers, I ain't sure how to get the internet workin' or whatever they call it, but how do you search or somethin' like they do in the movies?

                                  I ain't sure what type of 'minister' you talkin' about.
