  • Looking for Fellow Believers

Greetings brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus,

How should I start? I am a dedicated follower of the Lord and mother of eleven warriors in Christ. I attend a small Baptist church in Kansas and am a member of the founding family, worshiping under leadership of my father, the Pastor. I have been married to my husband for twenty-eight blissful years. While I do have a sinful occupation (as a lawyer), I frequently battle for my church and Christ in the courtroom.

I came to find Jesus when I was struck by the Holy Scourge at the age of four and was promptly baptized into the realm of the Father. I did give into the lusts of the flesh for a short time during my college internship, but I was pulled back by the Shepherd's crook into alignment with His will.

I am judged by the world at large for my beliefs and cannot find any shelter from the intolerance and persecution. We have even endured much condemnation during our church's outreach missions! Having nowhere else to turn, I have come here, believing you are all (those who Christ Jesus has chosen) of a kindred spirit.

Although the nation, and the world as a whole, is clearly destined for the Fiery Pit of Eternal Torment, I still have hope that we will help save a small remnant and bring those chosen into the will of God.

    Yours in Christ,

    Welcome young lady!

I suppose it is admirable that you fight for Christ in the courtroom against the heathen scum that hate Him, but why are you working at all? Does your husband not provide for you?

As an ex-gay, I am quite familiar with sexual sin. Have you won the battle against the carnal lust? If not, we have several programs here at Landover Baptist to help.

Is your name Shirley Roper-Phelps? If so, why do your father and husband allow you to be the spokesman for your church? Buncha liberal pansies Westboro is if you ask me.

Tell me, as a squaw, how do you sweep dirt to tidy up a tee-pee?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

A lawyer? I thought they only came in Jew.

Anyway (assuming you have your husband's permission to post her and further assuming you're not actually one of the Westboro liberals) then welcome!

            Greetings Brother Porter,

I am sorry to hear of this filthy habit from your past; it is well-known that sodomy is destroying this nation, but since you have renounced your past fornication with throbbing, oiled, sweaty men, I feel I can have fellowship with you.

I practice law, in great part, to assist my aged father, who can't wage the war alone. While it is a sin for a woman to work, I can only pray God will forgive me as we win victories against the Evil One.

To answer your question, I did have carnal knowledge of a man outside matrimony during my days of darkness. However, I have now embraced the Way, the Truth, and the Light, and no longer lust after every man in a halfway house I see. I do so appreciate your kind words and guidance, however.

            Yours in Christ,

              Greetings Pastor Sampson,

I am flattered (in my flesh) by your guess.

You must understand, however, that my father is ailing and simply cannot speak to everyone. I do consider the title "spokesman" to be a smear by the heathen media; I simply speak for my father when he cannot, nothing more.

I can't say I care for your criticism though; although we may have slipped in following the complete Word, we have found ourselves completely drained by our constant outreach trips and Good Fights in court. Despite this, we have recently began working our way through the Bible and applying every law to our lives; you would be impressed by the number of pots and pans we have trashed and the amount of clothing we have burned.

              Yours in Christ,

              ElevenArrows

P.S. Please forgive my misquoting of Scripture in the previous letter: the Way, the Truth, and the Light. Being dedicated to Scripture, I spotted my mistake very quickly.

One should be aware that impersonation of another person can very likely result in one being sued for identity theft and defamation of character. One should also be aware that certain organizations are more prone to file lawsuits than others. One should further be aware that this website records the ip addresses of all posters. I'm not saying the previous applies to anyone in this thread, I'm just tossing out some trivia.
