The quote in your post is clearly wrong and those are not my words. But, for the sake of the argument lets assume I said that. What do the Bible and this forum have in common? Is it not possible to know alot about the Bible, but lack experience on this forum? It is not very nice to act like this to newcomers.

And being a good person of course also includes praising the one and only God, I'm not that stupid.

Thanks for the advice, I think it's good to know. I'll have to sleep this over though It is in no way a light choice. Wondering what the benefits to the salvation plan are? Is there someplace I can look this up?

What is this 'you must be saved.' What does it mean? That I let go of my past and my sins? Do I need to suffer for them? I truly am interested in this, it's difficult for me to understand what it means. I have been to church sometimes, but never on a regular basis.

I am grateful and thankful for my existence, I enjoy (nearly) every minute of it. I also think of God, and what is right and wrong. But why is there sin and eternal hellfire, why is this world full of fear instead of love. Why can't God love me unconditionally? Like my mother who loves me no mater what I do. Is God not our Father, to guide us in good and bad weather like a sheepherder? Must he not also care and have love for the lost sheep?
Am I not grateful every time I eat, drink and ensure my survival? Is it not that through merely breathing we all honor His creation?
Is it not in love that we find his meaning? Why did God create Eva? I think because God wanted Adam to feel the love He was feeling for humanity and His creation.

Friend, you're going about this all wrong. You have so much pride that you can't see past the end of your nose. You can say "What if" all you want- it doesn't change the fact that there is a certain way things are, as spelled out in the Bible, and that no matter what you do you cannot earn your way to heaven. All the intelligence and speculation in the world won't get you into heaven. The Bible is clear. YOU MUST BE SAVED.
