"Can [an omnipotent being] create a stone so heavy that it cannot lift it?"

This question generates a dilemma. The being can either create a stone which it cannot lift, or it cannot create a stone which it cannot lift.

If the being can create a stone that it cannot lift, then it seems that it can cease to be omnipotent. If the being cannot create a stone which it cannot lift, then it seems it is already not omnipotent.

To you I would put the same question as I asked plant_eater a few posts earlier. Do you mind answering the question? Both of you have the same misunderstanding. Awaiting your answer. Or are you going to run away from answering just like he did, because you know your scenario is false like Brother Billy Bob and others have stated here in this thread several times?

Let me put this in terms you can understand:
Why does God make retards like you?

    Answer:
To show His almighty power and understanding.

Of course God does not need to make you people. He chooses to as a lesson for everyone else. He can just as easily, smote you in a blink of an eye.

So the next time you act retarded, think about why God allows you to be that way.

No, it proves you are capable of creating a sentence that makes no sense.

Here's an example of an instruction it is impossible to follow: "Do not read this sentence!"

It proves nothing other than you can play clever tricks with language to make a trap for fools.

It sounds to me like you're prejudiced against homosexuals, friend.

I hope you understand that this is a Christian forum, and as such, we minister to a lot of homosexuals who are seeking to better themselves and get all that sodomy out of their lives.

I'm glad you've come here to learn about Jesus, but please understand that you will NOT be allowed to create an atmosphere of hatred in these forums. If your hate speech causes us to lose even one homo to the devil, I am going to hold you personally responsible!

Did it contradict itself? Nope. It just stated that it was something different.
There are no talking crocodiles in the Bible.

Talking serpents? Of course. (Genesis 3:1)

    Talking asses? Naturally. (Numbers 22:30)

    But talking crocodiles? CROCODILES?

    That's crazy!

I understand MicroBrain's confusion. There is a talking crocodile called Yurrd the Unknown/Sobek the Talking Crocodile in DC comic's Superman series. He is genetically altered and becomes one of the Four Horsemen (mentioned in the Apocalypse). Since The Apocalypse, aka The Book of Revelation of St. John, is to be found in the Bible, Micro confused himself.

But he is still crazy mixing fiction (Superman) with real history (Bible).

How can you possibly understand a paradox? It is a question or a statement that has no possible answer, because the statement contradicts itself. Perhaps you should stop visiting this site for a while and spend some time considering what it is to worship God. Do you really think that a kind-hearted God would believe in sending your daughters to be raped, or would try to find sexual connotations in every single earthly object? Perhaps the Earth is the way that God intended it to be, and you have bent the Bible out of proportion.
You are picking out the warm and fuzzy stuff. That makes you a Cafeteria Christian of the Fluffy Bunny genera. What makes you think God is kind-hearted? True Christians(tm) never bend the Bible out of proportion. We accept the whole Bible in its entirety and do not leave out the parts that upset our sensibilities. That is left to the Cafeteria Christian of the Fluffy Bunny genera who choose the parts that make them feel warm and fuzzy all over. If that is what you want, go buy a vibrator.

Here is the serious answer clueless; God clearly sets limits on His own power or we would have no free will. So yes, God create a taco He couldn't eat, He's already did it with you, you hell bound faggot.

As Billy Bob and others have tried to explain to you, there is no paradox. I think your failure to see this lies in your definitions. By all-powerful, do you mean the same thing as omnipotent? If not, please tell us the difference.

If you want them to mean the same thing then give us your definition of omnipotent. I guarantee you it will be wrong and therein lies your problem and why you think a paradox exists. What do you think omnipotent means?

God is not some village magician performing miracles to amuse you. Nevertheless, nothing is impossible for Him, including bypassing your silly little paradox - if He’d wish to.

He could create a taco so spicy that nobody in this Universe could eat it – and then eat it in some parallel Universe. I’m afraid you can’t even grasp yours “scientific” hypothesis – namely the Everett’s MWI interpretation of quantum mechanics – what else God’s powers.
