Try stoning him to death and getting away with it. For instance, kidnap him, stone him to death, completely destroy (burn with thermite?) the body, and dump it in the ocean. This works especially well if one lives in Texas, where you can't be charged with murder unless they have a weapon or a body. If you have moral qualms, keep in mind that he raped your girlfriend. Even as a atheist, I believe that it's okay to murder someone for raping a loved one.

As secular law is (in Western democracies, at least) the will of the PEOPLE, you're saying you know better than anyoneEVERYONE else.
